EDIT/UPDATE: Since writing about my experience via reviews, AB4U removals decided to fully compensated me with the full £350 for damaging my TV during the move. Avoid AB4U Removals at all costs! Overpriced and terrible - charged me £633 for move and “packing service”, if you can call it that and completely broke my 50”in TV. They are refusing to fully compensate me. I'm getting £35 back for a £350 TV, which is just unacceptable. The packing service consisted of throwing things haphazardly in boxes without proper wrapping or organisation. They did not treat my goods with any care. Had to tell them to wrap things up consistently. This move was within Islington, less than a 10min drive! The two men, although nice, took frequent breaks throughout and even a 1.5 hour lunch break. Move took from 9am-4:30pm, that’s 8 hrs, with NO large furniture besides a desk, 2 chairs and a mirror! It’s the longest move I have ever done coupled with terrible service. Again, pretty unacceptable – I will not be using them ever again and reporting them to BAR and the Furniture Ombudsman. Beware!

Due to the lockdown in 2020, my personal possessions were under their trust for longer which meant they had far more time to gain access, rummage through my belongings and take what they like. I find it interesting that they don’t have a policy for missing items and only a policy for broken items if you pay their £250 excess. So they can break your belongings and just remove them so you don’t notice. I used them a year ago and in this last 12 months, I keep adding to the list of items that aren’t in my possession anymore. There was jewelry of sentimental value although they were kind enough to leave the empty box with me. I had a large suitcase of all my CD’s and a box of LP’s which I no longer have, along with my USB LP player. I had a vintage sled and a few other items which clearly had value but are missing. Please don’t use this company if you value your possessions.

Office organised the move dates times very well. The three men who looked alter our move were brilliant, under very difficult circumstances. We moved from a very large flat to a small one, and they had to make two journeys. Added to that we moved to a third floor flat and half way through both lifts broke down so they had to take very heavy boxes and furniture up the stairs. Throughout it all they stayed cheerful and positive. Many thanks to AB4URemovals

Moved us from Upminster to Emerson Park, surveyor was really nice guy and estimated our job really well. Price was very reasonable... On day 1 packing was very professional, day 2 moved all our belongings carefully and professionally, we worried about our piano. They had all the equipment they needed, so it looked so easy. The move went smoothly and stress free. Thank you!

I never leave reviews online but AB4U removals has been amazing. Do far i have used them 3 times to move 2 very large fish tanks, a full 2 bed flat including packing and moving from a 2nd floor with no lifts. Nothing was broken. Very reasonable prices, very responsive by Justas the manager Marius and his team were very organised and efficient. Will use again.

Don't use these people. I had paid almost £600 for their service and they had broken my 50 inch TV. They hid the TV behind all the boxes and then because it was just over 3 days before we saw it they will not provide any compensation. One of the removal man was drinking on the job. There wasn't even an apology from them.

Just got the job done! After a horrible experience with AnyVan the previous day, AnyVan hired a crew from this company to do my move instead. The driver Mario and the other mover were great. No fuss, just got the job done which is EXACTLY what you want from movers. I’ll be contacting this company directly in the future.

Marius and his team from AB4U were extremely hardworking and professional. They helped me move from Bristol to London in a day and took great care with my belongings, masterfully stacking the majority into storage. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

They arrived promptly and were extremely helpful the whole move, even fixing a drawer for me. They were polite and took the stress out of the whole move, I couldn't have been happier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of using a removal company.

Gedas and his team worked tirelessly to move me from Kent to Cornwall in a day, they were magicians at stacking and sorting the vans and then worked tirelessly to pack and unload at speed. Very happy with their service.

Geeas and Marius helped my wife and I move from our two bedroom apartment. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They worked incredibly hard and made sure everything was moved safely and securely. Five stars from us!
