The wait is always REALLY long. The last visit was 2 hours and that's probably the fastest I've ever gotten out of there. I bring a 6yr old and a 9yr old for their appointments and this last time they told me I couldn't stay in the room. So my choices were either I leave the 9yr old who is severely scared of the dentist alone in the room or I stay and leave my 6yr old alone in the hall to wait. I've never been made to choose and we've only gone to ABC Dental for years and that includes during the height of COVID. Is that even legal to treat a minor without an guardian present in the room? I am work at a hospital and you can't take a child anywhere without a guardian present. It made me sick to have to choose and cause a child that already is dreads going to the dentist even more anxiety alone to just deal with it. The kids like it there and the dentist are nice. I don't want to change dental offices but that really bothered me.

This is beyond the worst dentist to come to! Your appointment will be at a certain time and you won’t be seen until hours later like you were a walk in they don’t say sorry for the inconvenience or anything but look at you like your crazy because your complaining! When I tell you this is my child LAST time here! This is not the first time this has happened! Why book so many appointments in one day if you are going to be running behind everyday like who’s running this place because they obviously need to go back to training on how to book appointments out because they don’t know what they are doing!!!!! This is ridiculous and unprofessional and I’m definitely figuring out who and how to report this too!!!!! If I could I would rate this place a whole negative ZERO!!!!!!!! Pathetic the whole place!!!

Whatever you do. Don’t bring your kids here . I came here a while back they’re unprofessional. I Brong my daughter here a while back she had the worst experience ever. They put the laugh mask on her so she don’t feel the pain to her holes and as she was lying there the doctor step out to answer the phone . The dental nurse didn’t check on my daughter while that was happening. They didn’t cover the rest of her hole. They told her she was gonna come back to do the other holes another day but when she found out they put her down as she doesn’t need to come back was just upsetting for us. On top of that they left her lips so dried while on the mask her lip began to peel n bleep it did left a scar as well . Ps I only came to abc dental due to it being across the street from my house “.

Both of my kids have been patients since birth. My son is now 8. On his last visit I presented him for his routine cleaning. After waiting for over an hour to see the dentist and her being in the exam room for 2 min, I was given a treatment plan for a DEEP CLEANING, several fillings and the need for nitrous oxide. Patient responsibility $300. Oh and i need to reschedule and come back, no services performed. Couldnt believe my son's oral health was that bad off, went to a second dentist he needed ZERO FILLINGS, only a REGULAR CLEANING and he did not need to be gassed down at any point of his exam or cleaning. Beware parents, something isn't right with this office. Too busy, not thorough and clearly issuing inappropriate treatment plans.

I disliked this place from the 1st time I brought my kids here but my husband said give them a chance. This will be the last time I come. Unfortunately, it isn't because of the actual care. The dentist we've seen have been okay. Dental care isn't cheap; and dental insurance doesn't cover much. I am paying for mediocre service. My 1pm appointment does not get me seen until 230pm. Why? The waiting room is fillef with people all checking in for 1230 or 1pm. Their prices aren't so cheap that I'm willing to wait 3hours for an procedure that takes 30 mintues so most of my time is waiting! The staff is nonchalant about you waiting for hours before being seen.

I had an awesome and pleasant visit here at this establishment under the care of the Dental Assistant Miss Laura. She have great qualities this company needs. She done an outstanding job with handling clients with disabilities, and visual impairment. Ms. Laura exhibits AWESOME professionalism with a positive attitude. She was very hospitable as well. That type of treatment makes you want to come back! Thank you Ms.Laura for great hospitality and professionalism. ZERO STARS!!! Wait time is ridiculously long. I had 3 appointment for each of my kids. They were scheduled to have start at 9:30. Well after waiting for almost an hour, at around 10:25 someone from that back came out to tell me that we would have to continue to wait perhaps another 20 to 30 minutes to be called back. In my opinion that was completely unacceptable! I picked up my phone and found a new dental office with amazing service and I am happy to say we will never be going back to ABC Dental. I 100% regret not transferring my children to another dental facility sooner.

Today was the worst Service ever 3 and a half hour to have to come back because you spent your whole day their and now we closed so by come back next week and the check out girl needs a new job she rude Alva i don't want her in my kids chart she like so and tell attitude like she know no one care if she rude dont over talk a patient i have the right to know what took so long with out you been mad because you ready to go home i am ready to go too yall over booked not me.

I had a root canal and temp. crown put in and my procedure was administered by Dr. Nur and his assistant Ruth. I’ve NEVER liked going to the Dentist but these two were AMAZING!!!! Dr. Nur was so cool! He’s so knowledgeable, helpful and he answered all my questions. Ruth was so great as well! So attentive and caring. I really love and appreciate the care they provided. You guys have gained a client for life. P.S. I also love the music that is played! Great station!

I dreadddddd bringing my kids here the appointment time is at 2 they don’t get seen until 3:30 ( still in the lobby ) then they get to the back it’s worse than the fron …they areeeeeee soooo slow it’s a shame .. if I could give no stars I would this place is ridiculous . It’s close and convenient but damn And they only HAVE ONE DOCTOR IN HERE THEY NEED TO DO BETTER !!!! All these patients are scheduled at one time just to have one DAMN DOCTOR

We love this place. My boys have been coming for a while and it’s so efficient when they are all there on the same day. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Also take care of my autistic son with no problems. Wonderful welcoming place for all. And love the gifts for the kids! They also do a lot for the community and are always giving back. Gem of Corinthian Pointe. Dr. Nur, Dr. Tran and Dr. G are wonderful and caring and it shows.

My doctor Mr.Nur is amazing. Every single person that works in this establishment is professional and treat you as if you are apart of there own family I recently got to meet an associate named Ruth that made me wish I can give her 10 starts amazing women, down to earth, made me feel better about myself. Also Jessica she is amazing as well she helped me enjoy my experience. Over all highly recommended

My overall rating is a 2 star. Each time my daughter had an appointment we were never seen on time. Mom took her sometimes and they would always need me to fax over privacy forms that were completed previously with no new updates. She never seen the same doctor, it was always a new doctor each visit.The child experience is okay, facility is clean, and the employees are professional.

I will recommend Dr Tran,she is the BEST dentist IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD she is so kind and very passionate with her profession,she did a great job to my son who is 9,she helped him through all process and was very patiently and kind with my son,and because of HER HE’S NOT AFRAID ANYMORE GOING TO THE DENTIST. I will recommend HER and ALL STAFF TOO!!!!!

I had the best experience here with doctor Kilo I believe that's he's name great service and what a way to calm you down definitely making this my dentist place I'm not a guy that goes to the dentist regular but seeing how he just made my teeth better and the way he handle me as a client was just amazing great job and God bless you!!!! We went yesterday for my daughter's wisdom teeth ext's.. Dr. Nur and our dental assistant Ruth did an amazing job with my daughter's treatment. They were so professional and talked to my daughter the whole time and made sure she was doing ok. Dr. Nur and our dental assistant Ruth kept a smile and did a GREAT job. A million Thank you’s to Dr Tran for making sure my daughter was at all times comfortable i.e kept her happy and smiling throughout with her warm and bubbly personality . Dr Tran’s bedside manner is one of a kind and as a parent I just want to express my gratitude. I wish there were more doctors like her. The staff there is also great and professional.

I like the clinic and the staff . Very clean and atmosphere it's perfect for the kids they create themes around the clinic and they put movies for children that relaxed the kids while waiting. Only bad thing it's that Saturday it's close and i cant go there for my own dental. Because I work and school during g week. Other than that I recommend abc dental.

They are very polite and helpful on anything you need great service they treat you great and have lots patient. I love their service been with them for years and all has been awesome. Dr. Reyes and the dental Assistant Sheyla were amazing with my daughter! She is 4 yrs. old so she was very afraid of the dental work they had to do on her but Dr. Reyes and Sheyla were so great with her in making her comfortable that she did not even cry. I definitely recommend! Great customer service, friendly staff and very helpful.

I went to this dentist like 4 times and the end result was horrible. I got 2 root canals and one was drilled with no more work being done on it. I had to get one of the root canals pulled out at the emergency room due to it not being done properly and my face being totally swollen with the tooth infected!

The experience was very comfortable for my grandson, he was put at ease by Dr. Nur and his staff. What could have been an unpleasant experience, turned into an experience a child can remember as going to the dentist as being normal and healthy. Way to go Dr. Nur

Yessica is such an awesome person she is very friendly, polite ,and compassionate. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. My daughter loved her, she had so much patience with her! I will definitely ask for her again!! Yessica deserves more than 5 stars!

Been taking my boys here for years now which I liked at the beginning but the last 2 years and now the wait is so long.. They have my boys wait for more than 20 minutes just to see if everything is good and in the dental place for more then 2 or 3 hours there

Excellent dentist office-- very nice atmosphere, pleasant and helpful front staff, and very knowledgeable and skillful dentists. They make you and the kids feel so comfortable, and give excellent treatment. We have been coming for years. I highly recommend.

Cindy was great. My son loved her. She made him feel very comfortable, making his first visit very easy going without him being fussy. I highly recommend her to anyone in the future. She definitely has a way with children.

The wait time is ridiculous. They keep telling you it'll be 5 minutes. I've been waiting for an hour and a half. My appointment was for 11, it's 12:30 and I'm still waiting to be seen. This is very unprofessional.

This place is NOTORIOUS for not going by appointment time. There’s no point in scheduling an appointment because you’ll be waiting an HOUR +. Glad my child no longer goes here. Not worth THE WAITING TIME.

Very nice experience. The staff was kind. And I hardly notices a wait because they have a theater set up in the lobby. It kept my kids calm as well as quite until they were called. Great job Abc dental.
