ABC is amazing! They worked closely with us to design three custom rings, and each one came out beautifully. ABC was really attentive and they did an excellent job capturing the designs we wanted. They use computer graphics and wax previews to make sure they understand exactly what you want. And they treated us like we were family and surprised us with a baby bracelet when our baby was born. Special shout out to Stephanie who was incredibly patient with our last design when it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. She is such a pleasure to work with and she really understood our style. We will definitely be coming back to ABC for future designs!

EDIT: After owning the ring for two years now, I can say ABC has been a great experience. My wife loves her ring and they have been happy to adjust anything we need for no charge. I recently purchased an engagement ring from ABC and it was a great experience! I came into the process with no experience of purchasing jewelry. They were very helpful and informative about their options. After shopping around to some other jewelers I found their prices, options and service were the best combination in the area. Although I have yet to experience the long term quality of their work, I currently have no complaints about them!

I was new to Portland when I first discovered ABC Jewelry. A small stone had fallen out of an heirloom ring. Hossein immediately replaced the stone without charge, and wished me a nice day. His kindness and generosity brought me back in with an old pair of earrings. Hossein updated the setting and just like magic, I have a stunning pair of updated earrings. The cost was far below earring prices I had seen locally. The quality of workmanship is stunning. I look forward to my next visit.

My fiancé ordered an engagement ring I loved off of Etsy that was beautiful but was sterling silver plated with rose gold that was coming off immediately. I took my ring to ABC and they were able to reproduce my ring in solid rose gold for a truly amazing price, and the work they did was spectacular. An amazing deal for excellent service, I highly recommend them! They also said I can bring it in for free cleanings and resize if I ever need it. Great service!

Excellent service! I was referred to ABC by a jewelry appraiser. ABC reset a small diamond that fell out of my engagement ring and replated my my wedding ring set in 30 minutes. I had a few minutes to window shop and their collection is lovely! I will definitely use their services again.
