Very pleasant and easy to deal with, and did a great job of fixing my car. They washed the car and gave it back in fabulous condition . The mechanic explained everything well and I was even charged a bit Less than they told me it was going to be. They needed a part and got it quickly. I was very happy and highly recommend I used ABS for my Holden Cruze and greatly noticed the difference after their work. Recently I changed to another Holden Astra and with no hesitation I took it to ABS Derwent Park for its service. They are friendly, answer all my questions and explain what needs to be done, and they take their time to give you a good quote before major work is done so there are no surprises. I will always continue to take my car to ABS Glenorchy. They know about the cars and are pleasant to deal with. I have been going to abs in derwent park regularly for several years and i have stuck with them as they have always been upfront with the issues ive had and explained everything to me and in my opinion gone above expectations in helping me which i have noticed and i appreciate their service,they have offered constructive advice and gone about fixing repairs or services at more than reasonable prices,I recommend them in everyway through my experiences i have had with abs and that you can go their with confidence they will do their best to make sure you are happy and in my experience i have been more than happy.

Needed a replacement braided brake line made up for my car, recently, and ABS was recommended to me by a mechanic friend of mine. I found the people at ABS very friendly, efficient and fast in their service. The line was very nicely made and fitted perfectly. My only grumble, and it's probably as much my fault, is that I wasn't given a quote on what this was likely to cost, which at over $118 was about 80% of the price of a complete new set, ADR approved and readily available on-line. However, this in no way detracts from a very good customer experience, and I have no hesitation in recommending this business!

We have used ABS to service our cars and are confident that they are a trusted and reliable company. They are always ready to address any concerns and act on them with courtesy, respect and consideration. They keep us informed and the vehicles are always ready on time and cleaned. We can always trust their advice and each service is followed up with their verbal and written observations. We used ABS on recommendation from other clients so we can now quantify that.

When several other workshops turned me and my vehicle away, I discussed my issues with my 30 year old vehicle with the team at ABS Glenorchy. Not only did they listen to my issue and my concerns, but they went out of their way to accomodate my needs with a somewhat unusual mutt of a vehicle. Excellent service and excellent quality of workmanship. Great communication skills too, which is rare in the automotive servicing industry.

Updated review and given a extra star, these guys helped me out this year with a suspension issue and car went back 3 times before issue was finally sorted, I think they thought I was crazy with ringing and saying noise is back, the Staff in there were terrific, can not fault the work ethic...will be back, (staff are probably now crying ha ha) Helpful staff, job was done as estimated timeline and cost.

What can I say, after travelling Australia in my motorhome for an extended period and dealing with a number of useless mechanics it was a relief to finally come across these guys, they had my brake issue sorted at short notice, where flexible, reasonable and happy to share there knowledge. Couldn't reccomend any higher.

Great service from the team at ABS Glenorchy. My clutch failed with a full load of fire wood on main road Sandybay. After describing the problem over the phone, Chris arrived with a replacement part and back on the road within the hour.

Recently customer service has been a bit poor and they would rather replace with new cheap parts that dont last rather than rebuild good quality OEM parts that have lasted 20+ years.
