I originally gave a low rating, but although it did take me a lot (a LOT) of effort to get my problem resolved, in the end, they did send me a replacement car and reimburse me a significant amount for the inconvenience. I understand the effort it took to get it taken care of and appreciate it. EDIT: I left a bad review, changed it when they fixed the issue, and now I'm changing it back because after traveling an hour and a half to pick up the car for my new reservation, I found out I was blacklisted. I spoke to someone earlier and was not informed. You should not be blacklisted for requesting help when you face an issue.

The staff here are all so kind, but the manager Madina is literally the best. It was raining when I came to pick up a car and I saw Madina walk every single customer out with an umbrella over their head. Any issues I had, Madina made sure it was well taken care of. Honestly, hands down the best customer service at this place. It’s always busy when I’m here, but it’s definitely worth the extra few minutes wait to receive a smooth and clear rental process. If I ever need a rental again, this will be my go to spot & if you’re ever in the area, make sure to come here. You won’t regret it! Good experience Drivo !!

Terrible experience, 000 stars... Extremely inconvenienced! I reserved my rental 3 months in advance. 1 week before my rental date, ace customer service call me with a weird profiling questions. Fast forward to rental day December 24th 2022. 2hrs before I'm scheduled to pick up my rental. Ace car rental calls me and they state, the car we had reserved for you has been involved in an accident. If something becomes available we'll call you! Customer service was very disrespectful, I didn't not get a chance to ask for another option. It was definitely racial!... I don't reccomend Ace car rentals...

I have been dealing with all the rent a car agencies in the whole USA over the past 5 years and I truly appreciate the service that was provided to me by this company. I got the brand new car for a rent and got the safe insurance for that car. I made a big damage for the car, and with provided insurance it was solved with only one paper , with no any hustlers. I came here last year for the most affordable option in NYC and was met with incredibly quick and professional service! I was very pleased they offered after-hours drop off with smooth and clear instructions. Joe helped me out last November and helped me out again this past week, maintaining a very friendly and competent demeanor and being very communicative of all the available options! Will come here again for any rentals in the future!

I’m disappointed and scared to ever work with people like this again. I hate leaving bad reviews but I would hate for someone’s mother or father to go here and get scammed the way my family was. Please if you don’t speak English or you’re elderly do not come here. Most importantly they do not honor their online prices. This is a bait and switch location with terrible customer service.

It’s been 3 times asI’ve rented a car from this location. Never had any hustle, car is always available and in a good condition. Prices are good as well. Just make sure that you have all the documents in order (credit card, insurance certificate if you don’t want to buy from them), and then you will be out of the door with the car within 10 minutes.

I just rented a car from Ace Rent A Car at Coney Island Avenue. I felt like an old man trying to work out the policies and procedures, but Sam was really cool and walked me right through the process. I would definitely recommend coming to this location to rent a vehicle. The SUV looks nice too.

Fantastic car rental location, I've been renting here since they first opened. That being said, I can't believe the La Guardia location in Queens is part of the same company. Made a mistake of renting there recently - and it's just scammy with atrocious customer service.

Ace was able to provide me with the car for my trip, and although they were out of the car that I was looking for they were able to accommodate me. The manager Medina was able to make sure that everything went smoothly, and the trip went off without a hitch.

Super easy rental experience! They called before the trip to make sure everything is in order, the location is super accessible by subway, and Joe at the front desk was very nice and efficient. The car was brand new and clean and ran with no issues.

Do not got here. They charge you extra miscellaneous fees. They did not allow me to use my Municipal Credit Union Credit card. The employee at the counter said to get a “real credit card” . I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. STAY AWAY

Convenient pickup in the heart of Brighton beach. Pricey but saves me time to travel somewhere far to pick up car when I need it. Car was new Toyota Camry, i was satisfied with it and stuff in the shop. Do recommend it.
