I used to get cars from here since many years now but yesterday was definitely the last one...a very rude and unprofessional driver picked me up from Heathrow and started from the beginning to moan at me because my flight was delayed of 90’ - exactly what I needed after a long intercontinental flight! I’ve obviously called him as soon as out of the plane but he also accused me of hiding the SIM card which I’ve used to book, while it simply wasn’t my phone and nobody asked about my number! He then had the fantastic idea to travel through Hammersmith and along the Thames to get to Bromley on a sunny Saturday afternoon, taking two+ hours. I’ve asked to follow google map but he very aggressively said he is in charge of where to go..While asking why my fare went from 56 to 81£ (wasn’t told before I had to pay parking and waiting time etc..) he started to be very aggressive, drive very dangerously and above speed limit, shouting at me saying that he doesn’t even work for ACX but is self contractor. So not trusting him anymore I’ve asked to pay directly to the shop and he literally stopped in the middle of the traffic trying to get me back to Heathrow! I had to step out the car and call the shop which sorted it out calling him back. Awful experience, I ended up paying even more because there was no change, so clearly wasn’t about money but about the terrible and unprofessional experience of being trapped in such situation. Wouldn’t recommend ending up in these cars to my worst enemy... stay away!!!

Terrible experience. Booked two large taxis for 10 children and 2 adults in advance (for a birthday party). Checked twice that everything is confirmed and answer was positive. However, on the 10th of July taxis didn’t come at all. When I called them they gave me a silly answer that they had to cancel without a sound reason. It was a very hot day then and they probably didn’t want to work on Sunday afternoon, let’s be honest here! I ended up on my own wit10 kids to move from the Airjump trampoline park in Orpington to Wagamama in Bromley! Called 3 other taxi services no availability. Thanks to the parents who didn’t leave me in Eros difficult time and helped me out then! ACX taxi services- you are the worst and let me down causing so much stress. When I tried to get a written explanation now they avoid the conversation and their manager Eriana never available. Very poor customer service and shame on you.

I’ve used this firm 3 times and never again. On two occasions, the car was sent to a completely different address. The taxis turned up 20mins late which meant I missed my train into London, and they only turned up as I rang the firm to find out where the cars were and they had to be redirected! A grumpy sounding woman on the phone kept trying to tell me the taxi was outside even though I assured it definitely wasn’t! She was rude and obnoxious and there was no apology. Another time, a younger sounding gentlemen sounded like I was interrupting his day; again no apology. The third occasion, I can’t even remember. Probably just turned up late! But didn’t require a call to their office. I feel sorry for the taxi drivers as they can only go on the information they are given. Avoid them like the plague! Dare I say it use Uber if you have to!

Had a fantastic experience with ACX taxis on Saturday. We had reserved an Uber to collect us from a wedding in tatsfield, however at 10pm I looked on the app and they had cancelled our trip leaving us in the middle of nowhere with no means of getting back to London. I called ACX taxis and the operator was extremely helpful and managed to send a taxi out to us within 15 minutes taking us back to Putney. I am so grateful! Many taxi companies were fully booked and at one point I thought we’d be camping outside in our dresses. Thank you so much for helping us to get home safe! Mohamad was lovely and stopped off at a cash point for us. Will definitely use again, thank you!

I just want to say, the reason I'm giving 5* is because of the lovely lady 'Stacey' who works on Friday nights when I call. She really does go above and beyond, and I cannot get over how attentive, thoughtful, and caring she is! Every Friday when I ring to book, Stacey always manages to find me a driver and gets the cars sent out quick. One time, she also stayed on the phone to myself to ensure I got home safely. Never did I expect this level of amazing service, and it is clearly evident that Stacey genuinely cares for people and you can see this by her caring and thoughtful nature! I just want to say, thank you for all that you have done and I am so grateful!

Be warned...this company is unreliable. On 17th December l booked a cab for 0110hrs to pick my 17 year old son up from an event as l was working and unable to do it myself however no one from the service turned up or call to let me know they weren't attending. My child was left standing in the cold whilst waiting. I called this morning to complain and found out that it was the actual manager whom took my call last night but failed to dispatch a cab. I am so upset, how could she be so careless. If you are unable to look after vulnerable customers then what good are you to the community.

Terrible company. Was left standing in the cold and rain at the crematorium for well over an hour after the funeral. When I called back phone staff reinsured me a car was on the way. Another 30 mins passed with no show. Finally got a call from the driver who seem to not have a clue where to go and he had a bad attitude. Said he was 20 mins away. 5 minutes later their office rang to say it was cancelled and the driver said something that they can't repeat. On all days to be let down and made to wait in the cold for no reason I wasn't best pleased. The driver needs to be sacked.

Absolutely appalling service. Paid in advance by app and awaiting a car. Nothing. Called and was told none was dispatched and we’d have to wait 45 minutes for them to drive from orpington to Gatwick. All this at 0030 in the morning. When I asked why all the details I provided were ignored an extremely rude woman told me she had cancelled the booking and we needed to find another way home. Moreover they’re refusing to refund our prepayment. They deserve to go out of business quickly and painfully.

Avoid at all costs. If I could give a zero rating I would. Our driver could not be bothered to meet us in the airport hall as requested and was late to meet us. He then complained about our luggage even though he knew the luggage we had booked and said he would have turned us away and not taken us home at midnight after moving back from a different country if we didn’t have kids. As if this was our fault rather than the companies. Rude and unkind. Do not rely on them.

Booked airport transfers online. They cancelled the onward journey with an SMS, had to call and ask why, they said that it's a busy period and won't take the booking. The return journey was still in place and a week later. They just canceled it without any notice. I happened to see the cancellation when I went to the online booking to make sure everything was ready when we land. Because they cancelled so last minute, we used Uber at the airport at roughly same cost.

I booked ACX on minicabit, pick up and the ride was safe and good, no complaints about that. But on drop, the driver asked for drop off charges which I was never informed while making the booking. I was asked to pay additional £4 and that too in cash not with card. I was in a hurry to get the plane and I paid in cash. Next time on minicabit, even if the price is low I will not book with these guys. Very disappointed.

Positively the worse journey. Got picked up at Gatwick in a vehicle that smelt disgusting so much so we had to leave the windows down on the motorway and my son was gagging the whole journey. When we called the office to complain they said it was just our matter of opinion and recommended we get dropped off on the motorway instead of final destination. Will never be using this below par taxi again

Booked in advance for my father who was arriving from Heathrow. In the morning I called to find they had messed up the booking, leaving him stranded at 6 am. Rather than apologising they were insistent that I was mistaken, or I had given them the wrong date. Thoroughly disappointed after years of somewhat decent service.

Please can the receptionist refrain from constantly littering East Street with cig butts, especially when there is a bin 2 feet away. Same with the drivers near Bromley North station and The Post Office. Cigarette Litter is left on the pavement by these drivers. Please can this be looked into, many thanks.

Taxi booked through RAC , only had to wait 25 mins for taxi from time of booking( this was on a bank holiday),The Journey was from Orpington to Norwich.The driver was extremely friendly and got us to our destination in no time.Thank you

Fab company. I'm in Suffolk and rang to book a taxi for my profoundly deaf son. Taxi driver texted him and arrived on time. He looked after my sons things while he went to the cash machine. Throughly recommend. Thankyou.

Awful firm. Gave them the benefit of doubt after hearing how bad they are and the reviews, but experienced their horrible service for myself. Extremely rude staff, get journeys mixed up then blames it on the customers.

Driver was late, pulled into the middle of the road and refused to take my girlfriend. Driver was abbsuive, threating and made her get in the pouring rain. Police were called, as she was worried for her saftey!

They are a good cab station. I have been using them for years. They used to have very rude and aggressive driver but now they have got rid of the rude ones. I always enjoy my bookings now.
