I usually never leave bad reviews, but honestly this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. They are scammers because they only want your money from your insurance. The first time I went in they did a regular checkup and they said I would have to wait 3 weeks to get approve in order for them to do anything. I went back 3 weeks after and the front desk said that they still hadn’t been verified by the insurance (the dentist office in general) not my case. They made me waste my time because they could’ve called in that period of time to let me know that I couldn’t come in. Also at the same time charging the insurance just to come in. On the other hand, the first time I had come in they took a dental plaque because I also needed to see a surgeon for my wisdom teeth, but the insurance could not cover it twice, so I asked them politely to please send it to me. They said they would send it that same afternoon, but tragically they never did. Nevertheless I kept calling the office to please take me into consideration because I was going to have the appointment with the surgeon and they wouldn’t be able to do anything if I didn’t have the plaque. At last I could not attend my appointment because of the irresponsibility of them not sending the plaque. In a brief, I can say they are very unprofessional and do not take into consideration the needs of customers. I will not recommend you to go to this place ever, and if you do just be aware you will waste your time and money.

I spoke to someone at the front desk exactly last Monday. I left my information waiting for a call back, did not receive anything until i called back myself a week later. She was not knowledgeable about the procedures in her office, When I showed up in person, the woman with tattoos i spoke with basically let me know that who answers the phone is incompetent at their job. Something that could have been answered in 2 minutes i had to wait a week and an in person visit for. El lunes pasado llamé y dejé mi información con la mujer en el front desk. No recibí respuesta en una semana. Cuando voy hoy en persona para hablar con ellos, una señora con tatuajes me dejó saber que la quien trabaja adelante es incompetente en su trabajo. No entiende los procedimientos dentales. Una pregunta que podría responder otra persona en 2 minutos, tuve yo que ir hasta la ubicación por una respuesta.

The office smells too much like air freshener, if you have frequent headaches, or a sensitive nose beware. Excellent office and staff! I am extremely pleased with the outcome. From the beginning of the visit until the end, everyone was courteous. The cost is affordable compare to other places. The teeth cleaning and treatment plan were excellent. You will be assisted throughout the entire process by them.
