I purchased a pair of shoes from them. First issue is how slow they are to process the order and get the product out the door to their customer. They email you saying the package is “on its way” but when you use the tracking number provided you can see that it takes a couple days after the email before the package actually leaves the Addict Miami site. So I received the shoes but they were unfortunately too small. I submitted a return request via the website. Every correspondence with Addict takes a day or two before you receive a reply. They sent me the USPS return label. I sent the shoes back to Addict Miami. I emailed with Jethro asking him if Addict Miami would just send me the 1/2 size larger rather than go through the gift card process. He said sure as soon as they receive the returned items. Today I get an email from Addict Miami telling me that I have been issued a gift card. Ugh! The gift card doesn’t cover the full price of the shoes! So you have to pay the difference plus another shipping fee to get the product in the size you need. Then the worst part is I found the exact same shoes about 30% cheaper on another site with a much better reputation. But that’s on me for not shopping around. So my advice. Don’t buy from the Addict Miami online store. You can find the same shoes on other sites for cheaper and have a better experience with their shipping and returns policy.

Terrible customer service!!! I bought online a pair of sneakers for my husband and they didn’t fit, and since then it’s been a nightmare to get a refund! Initially I had to fill out a form and wait until I receive and answer from them, and once I did, the only option they offered was a store credit! After some emails going back and forth they offered a refund once they received the shoes back. I sent the shoes back July 2nd ( I had to pay for the return by the way), and as of today, July 13th, I’m still waiting for my money Never EVER buy anything online from this store!!

They’re no refund policy is not shown at check out, you have to go to the returns/exchange page to see that they only offer store credit and even if I wanted to exchange the shoes it requires me to pay for shipping to get the shoes back to the store then wait for a gift card and then order the shoes again in the correct size paying shipping again. So now I’m stuck with these shoes that don’t fit or paying shipping and waiting just to get a gift card that can’t buy the shoes again

Buyer beware!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely slow response to exchange inquiries, to only be told they will only offer a store credit or take it up with the shipping department?!?! That would be fine, if they offered a shoe that fit! FYI….they will make YOU pay for the shipping to send back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

The most awesome brands and selection, I visited the store whilst on holiday in Miami, since coming back to New Zealand I have purchased shoes from them and will again and again. Top service from Remi, goes out of his way on customer service and over delivers what he promises. Super happy and love this store.

Don't buy from them online. They sell items they dont have in stock, then mark it as shipped label but dont ship the item. Had to call them for a week to get someone who could help me to get my refund after they said they dont have the item they shipped supposedly to me. Trash store …

Think before purchasing. They don't offer refunds only store credit. The returns aren't processed quickly and trying to get somrone to respond via email isnt easy. This review is based on an online order.

Terrible. They sell items they don’t carry. They do not respond to communications. They charge prior to shipping. Mark items as shipped but carriers do not have package. Fraud, illegal, theft.
