Had been looking for a replacement ute and I knew what I was looking for but what I'd seen in NSW and Qld was very rough and overpriced for what they were and there was the unknown that the vehicles up there might have been through the recent floods. I stumbled across a 2013 Nissan Navara Blackline with the V6 Diesel and an auto on fb market place and made initial enquiries about it. (After a series of extremely bad dealings with a major vehicle franchise in northern Victoria when purchasing a new vehicle I was very wary to say the least.) Brad contacted me and sent me more photo's of it and I was happy with what I saw, so I transferred a deposit across to Adelaide Vehicle Sales even before I had physically seen the vehicle. A walk around was also done at AVS and even some photos of some small dents were sent to me. This was great because it showed the guys there weren't trying to hide anything.(I've seen new vehicles with more body damage) This vehicle was a one owner with full service history, not just one that ended at about 80,000km. I arranged to travel over the following week and was more than happy with what I saw of the vehicle when I arrived. Brad was great and there was no high pressure sales or trying to cover anything up. I transferred the balance across and started the drive home. The car drove beautifully and there were no problems with the 900km trip home to Benalla. I've just had a Victorian roadworthy inspection done to transfer the vehicle over to Victorian registration and it passed with a clean sheet on first inspection. More than happy with the vehicle and the service afforded at AVS and if I am ever looking for another vehicle , they will be my first stop. Can't recommend them more highly.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Brad and his team. I was uncomfortable buying a new car but needed to due to my old one breaking down. I had done my own research and gotten advice prior to test driving my new Territory, and Brad was extremely patient, understanding, and warm during all my questioning. He gave me a good price for a very solid vehicle, a fair trade in value on my old car (basically a write-off), and never put any pressure on me to make an impulsive purchase. Bad luck had me making a warranty claim early on for a failed power window switch (worked fine during mechanical inspection and test driving). Brad followed up with me promptly and gave me excellent advice about where to go for repairs (soon to be its own 5-star review). My experience with AVS has been flawless, took all the typical trepidation of dealing with used car purchasing out of the equation, and I have already made two personal recommendations to people to go to speak to these folks about getting some new wheels. Simple and straightforward, with great communication throughout, Alistair and Brad are honest, friendly, genuine and fair, and putting the image of dodgy car dealers to an end, one car sale at a time. Having dealt with a few car dealerships recently, it's safe to say these guys should definitely be the ones to go to first. Alistair was absolutely brilliant, there was no pressure or hard sale, but he was genuine and helpful, especially holding the car and sorting out bits for us. Purchased a low km high spec 2018 Skoda Karoq from Brad today. Very happy with the deal, an honest pricing structure and sales style is rare and refreshing in the industry and appreciated. Recently my husband and I moved to Adelaide from New Zealand, and purchased a car through AVS which was a really easy and painless process. Brad was really professional and friendly, he showed me some of the features in the car I wouldn't of perhaps discovered on my own. Buying a car isn’t always the greatest experience, and trusting used car dealers doesn’t come easy for me.
