I was in the shop in Dortmund, bought several things, he was polite and helpful. Therefore, I have ordered online. He showed us the available vegetables and sweets via whatsapp video, so I have ordered many vegetables and also sweets. I have ordered on 23.04.21 the sweets he told us that sweets were valid till end of the May therefore I have ordered. Once its delivered after two days, the sweets were already expired on 09.04.21. What he showed the vegetables were very clean and healthy and as soon as I opened the package, the vegetables many were already completely damaged. Just have to through them directly. I have sent these images and asked him for his explanation and also called him several times, but he did not respond. Therefore, to let to know others his service and customer support when things go wrong. I would not recommend him buying online.

I have ordered two One litre GRB ghee which costs around 42€ and Annam Sona Masoori Rice for 30€ and shipping charges around 8€. They have send the wrong order and called them many times , there is no response at all. There is no one who speaks English or German. I am tired of calling and we left 80€. Never had this type of experience in Germany. Worst Indian shop. Don't buy anthing in this and particularly don't buy it in online, they will send all expired products.

This is the grocery store , where we can buy all Indian spices, dal, rice, wheat flour, some of Indian Vegetables, idly cooker and many. For me, the price is not high but moderate and will get good quality products. They do accept cards. Also they are selling few varieties of frozen fishes and prawns. Only problem is, transportation. Though is not far from Dortmund Hbf, need a transit @ kampstr, to reach the shop. As far as I know, no parking.

We are now regular visitors to this store for our various Indian food ingredients needs. The reason we chose this shop over others is for the fact that you get wide variety of options to choose from prices are extremely competitive and if you are visiting on Saturday you might get some great deals. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. We are one of the satisfied customers.
