Moving from Cape Town South Africa to Benalmadena Spain: Moving internationally can be a stressful experience. After obtaining 3 quotes I selected Advance Worldwide Removals. They were highly professional from the start. It comes across clearly that they are highly focused on customer service and customer experience. The logistics of an international move are daunting. From packing up your house and valuables, to storage, to shipping, to customs clearance and to delivery in a new country. The international shipping agents need to be highly specialised to ensure that there are no tax or customs issues that will increase costs or delay delivery. Advance Worldwide Removals stuck to the agreed schedule in Cape Town and also in Benalmadena. The local agents here in Spain made sure that all required paperwork for customs was in order well in advance. I moved with a 40 foot container so had a lot of furniture and boxes that came along. I was convinced that there would be a number of breakages and to my surprise everything was so well packed and crated that there was no damage or breakage at all. Wow! Moving to a new country is stressful enough; Advance Worldwide Removals took the stress out of relocating all my belongings. It was such a pleasure unpacking everything in the new house and feeling at home immediately! I found Jeffrey to be extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about he process of sending my container to New Zealand. He answered questions and emailed and whatsapped me timeously. Jeff, Marc and all of the advanced worldwide removals team have been awesome. The process of shipping my boxes from South Africa to Germany was made simple and stress free with them and they handled not only my items but the entire process with great professionalism. All of this was also done during the pandemic with extra Corona restrictions for any transport yet still they managed to get my boxes to me in Germany within the given estimated delivery times and without incident. We were relocating from middle east and Advance was a receiving hand in South Africa. My shipment arrived faster to South Africa traveling around the world than was delivered to us within SA ( took hole month !!! With multiple cancellations and completely missing agreed dead line!!) The person responsible for handling logistics was unresponsive, not willing to help , I had to follow up every time as there were no updates. Customer service was terrible. Felt like they paid us for our furniture to be picked up. 2 starts only becouse it is finally arrived and nothing was missing .

I have had an excellent experience with and service from Advance removals in my relocation from South Africa to Portugal.
