Not a review of the Brand, but the store. The sales associates were most unhelpful when I stopped by today. I asked for a particular item so I could see it before I bought it online (seeing as its over $300 and can only be returned for store credit). They essentially looked at me as if I was crazy to assume it would be in store since its a sale item. The guy with the beanie and glasses told me to just buy it online since not many are left in stock. Not even caring to apologize or make sure I was being well served or to show me other options to be informed about the Brand (this thing called "customer service" I believe) As a retail employee myself, that's what you SHOULD do. Only one of the three (he seemed to be the youngest) seemed to make any sort of effort to talk. The other two just went off continuing their chat about their adventures partying.

poor material and fabrics. got a super expensive jacket that less than a year started to fall apart. after mailing it back, I got credit for the final sale price (not the retail price) since I don't have a receipt. They should have instead replaced the jacket with a comparable model. Instead, I have enough credit to buy two $90 t-shirts.

Great motorcycle jackets, pants etc. Very high quality and technically advanced. Activewear and every day wear is also very high quality. The staff at the San Francisco location is outstanding. Aether is expensive but you get what you pay for. Nothing worse than a motorcycle trip where gear doesn't perform.

The space is gorgeous, the jackets are super cool, and the staff are fun and friendly. The only problem is that it's pretty pricey. If you have bucks to drop on a jacket or just want to go to a cool place, this is worth checking out.

We had a great conversation with the sales guys who genuinely wanted to understand our needs rather than push expensive outerwear on us. The space is inspiring and I loved the rubber coated parka I tried on. I'll be back to buy it.

I came here for a jacket, but left without it... they didnt have my size, but that isnt much to expect from a store that is literally a shipping container. a nice place to try on what you want to buy from them online though.

I love this shop. The design of the building using shipping containers and also the rail-based storage system is genius. I've purchased four jackets from this location as it's hard not to pop in anytime you're in town.

Very happy: knowledgeable; efficient; friendly. Great product. My experience is that NB shoes last longer, and are better made [worth the extra $].

Very misleading. They have a banner saying 50% off Everything. Only at the cashier I found that it doesn't apply to MOST items
