AGS Tanzania - worst removal experience of my life - and I've moved a LOT. We used them to move from Israel to Zambia (not a problem, everything was dealt with in a timely manner). Moved from Zambia to Tanzania - also fine, packers in Lusaka were amazing, received everything in great order. Leaving Tanzania - DO NOT use AGS. Packers were OK, I kept having to ask them to use bubble wrap on fragile items ie. glasses (!). Our container was packed on the 13th of June 2018 and we are STILL waiting for it to arrive at our final destination. Apparently it was held up by customs for 2 months at Dar Es Salaam port - something unheard of when a good customs agent knows to move things along. They were very oblivious to all our emails and appeals for help. They just brushed us off and service overall was appalling. So... if you need your household goods quickly and in a good condition, I would not recommend using AGS when leaving Tanzania.

Took about 2.5 months for me to receive my shipment in the UK, despite being paying for the promised speedy air freight service. I was expecting it to arrive in a few weeks. Also not very communicative. I sent a number of emails without response. The TZ office seem happy to take your money but then not too concerned about providing much in the way of customer service.
