AIA life insurance is very bad with payment to client, always set red taps trapping client in the procedure so that they can delay the payment to client. Their call centre is extremely difficult to get a human voice, always take more than an hour in the phone queue. Their hub email is just like a dead letter queue, no one ever responding. There is no other client engagement and communication way. Always using letter for correspondence and extremely slow, make me feel like I am living in 19th century. They hold my final mature payment (over 10K) for more than 4 weeks, even now I haven't received it. I guess that is the way they use free cash flow from client to generate their profit. A terrible insurance company and super bad user experience. TRY YOUR BEST TO AVOID!
