Scam! First the agency is not called AJ nor Avis, but you have to look for SK. Then upon arrival even though I was the only customer it took me 1h to actually get my car. On my application my drop off location was confirmed and included in the total price. However the agency would not give me the car unless I paid an additional 20 000W, even though the other location was confirmed on my application (and included in the price). They could not show me where it stated I had to pay this additional fee, and mind you that I already paid 130 000W more than the normal price. After going back and forth for over 30min it seemed they had plenty of time to waste and were not inclined to give me the car unless I pay a fee that is neither documented, communicated nor written on my application. I can only imagine what the service must be like when there is a queue.

AJ Rent a Car has very convenient location near Busan KTX Station and metro station. Friendly staff, good service, new cars, easy pick-up & return. The shop offers free luggage storage and instant coffee too!

The service is excellent. Cars are new with many options. Went there without a reservation and got a car just in 20 minutes. Also, I got a refund for the excess fuel in the tank. Super!
