I'm an avid online shopper, but I'm very particular about where I shop from, considering that I've had my share of bad experiences in the past. I was a bit reluctant to place an order with AK Galleria, given the reviews they've been getting, but on checking out their website and the plethora of high-end brands that they have, I decided to give it a try anyway. To be honest, I'm glad I did! I loved the quality of the shoes I ordered, but there was a size issue. I reached out to them and they were quick to respond. The exchange was incredibly easy, and the new order was in the same great condition as the first. I'm thoroughly impressed by their amazing customer service! I ordered from AK Galleria 2 days back and there was an emergency that i needed the parcel asap and i talked to them and emailed them and requested them to deliver the Parcel before the deadline and they actually deliver the parcel next day. It’s been over a month since I requested a return of an item I bought from them. The truth is they won’t return after you’ve spent money. Instead they just keep sending emails to be patient while their backend process the request. Their customer service is horrible and their practice is very unethical. If you want to return or exchange an item, which is a very common thing to do, they won’t assist you. So shop here at your own risk.

I've been their customer since long only to discover when something goes wrong, they won't entertain. They sold me an oversized article without notifying on the product page. Since the item was on sale so exchange was not possible, they said. In no way you as a customer could prevent this from happening, just cross your fingers while ordering. Hoping to see their Senior Management taking a look at pathetic customer service.

Bunch of fraudsters running this business.. Received wrong and that too Fake and defected product.. Upon complaining with proof, I was told that I got what I had ordered which was never the case (as visible from the attached pictures) ..on top they ll simply refuse to exchange or refund by making one excuse or another... fraudulent like every other online desi business.. Beware of the thugs and save your hard earned money!

Their online store and services are not able to be relied on. I placed an order on May 12th, 2020 which they cancelled today saying: ordered item is out of stock. Whereas, I called them several times within this period and they always replied that your order is under processing and will reach you in 2 to 3 days. Don't fall for it guys, AK Galleria is highly not recommended for online shopping.

Absolutely pathetic They canceled my order twice without even informing me. I had to check myself through order tracking and got to know that my order was canceled AGAIN. It had to be a birthday present for someone, and due to their incompetency, I am in trouble. One of the worst online shopping experiences. Never shopping there again or recommending!

Guys trust me be ware to shop with them they are literrally very underated they are just giving them self fake reviews to save their reputation they took the money from me and did not deliver me the item i called them but no body answers the phone neither do they respond on live chats

Poor customer service, delivery time was 7-10 days. It is the 10th day and they have not yet shipped the order and not responding on emails. I had to wear the shoes in an event and I won't be able to do that. Won't order from there again.

They are cheaters ,plz beware of them ,don't spend your hard earned money,I ordered 9 to 13 men size socks from their men section but they sent kids 9 to 12,and I tried calling them many times but they don't pick up or reply
