"Good shoes, good price, all is good, but please teach your salespeople to be nice and helpful"
"Love Aldo! The staff (except in the Mary Street branch) can be quite rude or choose to ignore your request and assist other customers instead"
"Came in to change shoes to a smaller size and was greeted with a warm welcome"
"Went in to check for shoes my size but couldn’t find any"
"Great quality, reasonable price"
Good shoes, good price, all is good, but please teach your salespeople to be nice and helpful. Nobody came to help when I was trying on my pair of shoes, and when I brought them to proceed with the payment, it took 2 ladies a few seconds before they even decided whether to move my way or not. Unpleasant. I want to buy another pair in different color tomorrow, hope those ladies won’t be there making me feel unwelcome at least.
Love Aldo! The staff (except in the Mary Street branch) can be quite rude or choose to ignore your request and assist other customers instead.
Came in to change shoes to a smaller size and was greeted with a warm welcome. The ladies were very helpful. Top marks for customer service.
Went in to check for shoes my size but couldn’t find any. Faith was excellent in helping me and recommended different shoe alternatives.
Great quality, reasonable price. Make sure you ask more than one person for sizes if the first says they don't have them.
Always good shoes, helpful staff and at a decent price too. Never overly expensive and the shoes will last hard wear..!
The girl who is Andrea was very helpful and friendly . I would like to purchase something whenever she is there .
Came at 18:15 the shop was closed. Even though it says it closes at 19 (updated 5 days ago)
Nice shoes & bags for memorial & women. Bit on the hard sell of the leather polish though.
Nice shop, however I can’t say the quality is super good but it’s affordable by the price.
Preços baixos mas pouca variedade. Cumpre com o que promete.
