This Shop is Actually the worst. And I want you to know so you don't do what I did. I bought a pair of shoes because I thought it look good however when I got home I felt like it wasn't may style . I remember the workers saying that I could only exchange and I was fine with that however when I went to the store the next day the worker said I could not and made me mad because that is not fair that they do not give out real information and not let you decide whether or not you like it. I did ask to talk to the manger to confirm things however the worker there did say she was and said that it was my problem . So honestly the staff is rude the rules and policies don't make sense and they do not give you the right to decide if you like it or not so I would not recommend buying here go somewhere else like new look or next or something but not here

Quality is poor, prices are too high. Even at sales. What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost when ordered online and one month late, I had to run around the whole street to find it, impossible to talk on the phone or chat, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait to refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from you

I bought a pair of very nice, smart and comfortable shoes here and after six months they broke. Staff were amazing and found an alternate pair and helped replace them. I've had shoes from here for years, they are always comfortable but this latest level of customer service has spurred me on to write this review.

Decent shoe shop. I went to Aldo in Bromley to make a return. Online it shows the store closes at 1900 on Sunday. When I arrived just now at 1825 the lady was packed up ready to leave. Told me to come back tomorrow then she was out the door by 1830. Have a word Aldo.

Really Nice staff who had a laugh and a good conversation with us. We were in at 10am so probably weren’t brow beaten by the masses. Said they often have to put up with a lot rude and nasty people. Which is mad. Gave us a discount for being polite and smiley.

This place is supposed to close at 7PM however when I got there at 18:48PM their shutters were half down and a lady told me to leave. I told her I just want to have a quick look round and you close at 7 she goes were closed! …

My personal favourite shoe store. Always helpful and polite service with prices that suit the shoes. The quality is very good. They sell men's and woman's shoes along with other accessories like bags and glasses.
