Creative shoe selection but even better service. Went there on whim on a Saturday and was helped by an associate named Kammy. Told him what I what I wanted in a durable shoe that could pass as a work loafer. Knew of a model they didn't have on display but was in the back. It was exactly what I wanted. Kammy was great at letting me try on the shoe and think about it without any pressure of having to make up my mind right away. He moved between helping me and 2 other groups (it was a swamped Saturday) but was always there to answer a question or help me with something, I never had to wait. I ended buying the original shoes he showed me plus another pair he saw me eyeballing and brought out without me having to ask (they may have psychic powers there). I also got a neat pair for my girlfriend that she found and Kammy was able to get in her size. All in all there were unique shoes and great service which made the whole experience fun instead of necessary.

Do not order these shoes online...if you need customer service they only have a chat room and it takes over 45 minutes to get any help, and then they are of no help at all. the shoes themselves are ok, it's the inefficient way they do business that takes a bite out of you. who has time for that? Update: had to return the shoes I ordered online and the woman working the register tried to convince me that I could only get a store credit when the receipt clearly states "We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items that are returned in sellable condition, with original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase." She finally did the refund, but that's 2 strikes now so I think my ALDO days are over.

Very stylish shoe store! Favorite place for adulting shoes in the mall. Their sales are very work the drop in visit too! Hope for your size because once they are gone, they're gone! The helpful staff even assisted me place an online order in the store so that the size I wanted would be delivered to my apartment and I still got the sale price discount!

Loved this pair of black flat sandals, but they didn't have it in store. The girl told me that they could ship it to me. And really worked for me. They came in 3 day, just like the e mail said,and was very happy with my sandals.

Sales Associate Evette was very rude and had terrible customer service. She was not helpful and had a very nasty attitude. A manager needs to check her attitude asap…bought some cute boots tho lol
