I brought a belt as a gift. But, when I got home. I saw that the belt was missing a crystal and so I ask my father to go to your store to get a refund. He talk to the ROCKLAND store manager on today(sunday around 4h30) that he wanted a refund . The lady said no exchange if he didn't have email. He had the bill and the product with the logo tag. He ask her why no refund. She scream at him because the price tag was not on. He told her that was gift so the price tag was cut. THE STORE MANGER was disrespectful service toward my father. She even scream at him and ask him to leave. Instead of helping, she gave a POOR service. I would never go back to the store. THE MANAGER shouldn't work there. I went to many store without a bill and I still got my refund because they knew it was their products.

On January 4, 2022, at 5 pm, I went to the store to exchange the bag I had bought for less than 3 months. The thread of the bag has opened from the sewing place just after using it 3 times. Unfortunately, the seller said impolitely, "you used it badly". She said they don't have the same bag to replace and avoid refunding it. She said I had to refund the bag to the same store where I bought it!! While I had got confirmation via online chat that I can refund it in all Aldo branches, she has not refunded it!!

friday morning from 10 am to 11 30 am I tried to reach this store in order to confirm that an item was in fact in store so as to not travel there and be disappointed.,,Never mind disappointed !!!! Disgusted I called 7 or 8 times only to have someone pick up and close the line immediately..needless to say I found other shoes at a competitor,s store equal value equal price but MUCH MUCH better service

She was very efficient and had all the answers to my questions. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely shop here again. The great service was very much appreciated.

Rude clerk. She even does not know how to wear her mask!! Just two clerk in the store and they were angry to answer my question!! They preferred to be alone without customer and talking together!! I will never back to this store!!
