My glasses and wallet with change were stolen. My husband arrived in my car and after washing it, he discovered that his sunglasses and wallet were missing. These things were in different parts of the car. The owner of the car wash was very apologetic, then said that these were definitely not his employees, and offered to look at the cameras, but, surprise, cameras weren’t working. The owner said that he would compensate for the cost of the glasses (400 euros). To be sure that this was not my mistake, I checked the cameras at home and at work, and they show that no one was in the car except me and my husband and we did not take these things from the car. I called again, the owner refused to reimburse the cost of the glasses Be careful, I recommend R&D - this situation doesn’t happen there

Absolute great service. Alexis is a very handsome guy, punctual, and a deal-keeper. Had a Mercedes CLS with him and when he finsied the car looked like new.
