AMC Castleton Square 14 is one of my favorite places to watch a movie. All of the auditoriums feature recliners, reserved seating, and very good sound systems. Even the smallest rooms have surprisingly large screens for their size. But the main reason I visit Castleton Square 14 regularly is for their outstanding Dolby Cinema room. If you've never experienced Dolby Cinema I can't recommend it highly enough. Dolby Cinema has two key components that make it the best movie going experience. First, it features Dolby Vision HDR laser projectors that are capable of displaying more colors than a traditional or IMAX theatre, the projectors in Dolby Cinema are also significantly brighter than IMAX or standard projection and capable of shockingly good black levels, unlike most projectors that display black as a dark grey Dolby Cinema is very close to true black, this gives the image more pop than what you are used to seeing on screen. The second component is an object based sound system, Dolby Atmos, with massive speakers all along the walls and on the ceiling as well as four subwoofers suspended above the auditorium and with transducers built into every reclining seat you really feel the sound. Object based sound gives the sound a truly three dimensional effect, IMAX's five channel sound systems really pale in comparison. I don't hate IMAX, it's fine if you're looking for a larger screen and it does have better audio than most traditional theatres but IMAX feels like the past and Dolby Cinema is the future.

If I could give this review ZERO stars I would! We’ve been coming here for the 4 years we’ve lived in the area and tonight solidified that we will never return….upon checking in to the theater everyone looked like they hated their jobs…instant bad taste in our mouths…then at the snack bar the kid working had no clue at all what he was doing! We tried ordering several times and he’d randomly just walk away…the topping/drink area was soooo filthy…I have NO WORDS! Entering the theater there was an employee sitting on an arm rest playing on his phone…the seats were shredded and very uncomfortable…the theater was most full and everyone wouldn’t stop talking and playing on their phones….mid movie someone BANGED on the outside exit door which was almost enough for us to leave early! Reluctantly we stayed although now on high alert….the only bright side to this trip was my husband and I both LOVED the movie!!! But we will absolutely NEVER return to this AMC!

Unfortunately, I didn't end up having a pleasant experience at this theater. I purchased 2 tickets and one of the recliner seats we were assigned to did not work. Other guests were also complaining of the same thing nearby. In addition, the entire movie the overhead lights were left on above us. I did not purchase any snacks or drinks, so I couldn't comment on that. The lady who scanned my ticket was very friendly and pleasant. I was also allowed to bring in my personal water bottle with no issues. Overall, the movie we selected to see was great. The layout of the theater was nice and had plenty of space for others to get through, even with the recliners extended. It was just super odd that they never shut the lights off when the movie began and unfortunate that some of the recliner seats in the theater did not work. I also got a respiratory infection after visiting this theater, so I'm not sure if sanitation could be improved as well.

During this pandemic, it's hard to feel like anything is normal. After I gathered a group of friends and family together for a private showing of WW84, I must admit normalcy is closer than ever. Watching a blockbuster costs $250, but you can bring up to 20 people in. This makes the per capita price about what a standard movie ticket would be anyway, and you have complete control over who is in the audience with you. If you have the opportunity to do one of these private showings, I highly recommend it. Firstly, it's good to be back in the theater. Second, it was quite clean. Third, the staff was all quite courteous and helpful, and precautions were taken to minimize patrons' exposure to risk, down to the soda machines and portioned out butter for popcorn. Finally, this is how these theaters are staying open right now, and these folks could use some support in order to survive the pandemic. Get out there, safely, and catch a movie!

I saw Eternals in the Dolby theater, and when the Dolby test?/advertising came on, I thought this would be worth the extra money. The sound was mediocre at best, less than half of what it could have been. The seats were ok for 1.5 hours, then became uncomfortable. My seat, E4, would only partially go back to the starting position. The staff were friendly, and the inside was clean. They have removed ticket booths and you either buy online, through the app, or at a kiosk. I bought a large coke for $6.50, so I spent $30 for 1 person. Would I go back? Nope, because my couch, sound system, and HDR TV were better for performance than what I paid more for at that location, with less time invested. If one doesn't have a modern TV and some stereo connected, it might be worth it, but I'd steer clear of paying extra for Dolby as it was underutilized by a lot.

Absolutely a terrible experience! This theater has issues after issues and after today I will not be returning. It’s bad enough that the condiments are always empty, drink station a disaster, low staffing and now all 3 popcorn machines are completely broken. I thought this has to be a joke but the only one laughing “literally” were the employees who thought it was hilarious. The manager then followed suite saying that the one has been broke for a year??? A year? Out of pure frustration of the manager/employees thinking this was a funny situation I left the theater. I did ask for a refund of my ticket and even that was an issue let alone offering any type of compensation since I had no interest in staying without concessions for the movie. I will be canceling my A list membership first thing in the morning once customer service opens.

i went to this theater with my good friend. We are under the age of 18, yet old enough to drive ourselves to the theater. We purchased tickets, and among being in the snack line were shoved out of the theater for being under 18. this rule is never is enforced and we saw several people there who were clearly under 18. we asked for our money back and the lady reluctantly gave us back our money. Why wouldn’t they tell us this before we bought our tickets? We waited outside to sort this out and then they proceeded to lock all of the doors. People were banging on the doors to get in and see their movies which they had paid to see. These doors remained locked to the outsiders for hours. I have never felt more dehumanized, mistreated or embarrassed at a theater in my life. 0/10 do not go here.

Been going here 5 years. This is the best AMC cinema in Indianapolis and probably my 3rd favorite cinema in greater Indianapolis. I was part of the free AMC Insider membership but am now paying for the Premier membership which is a really low annual fee. The price is worth it if you go to AMC a lot because there a lot of benefits. I might move up to the monthly membership tier where I can see 3 movies for free. Anyways, out of all the theaters I have been to, I humbly think the popcorn tastes better than others. Plus, I really like the soda machines with the dozens of different flavors. Overall, this place is clean, has great air conditioning, really comfortable shared dual reclining seats, 2nd best IMAX screens, and 2nd best audio setup with Dolby Atmos.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience in an AMC after 6 years of going exclusively to these theaters. Our movie was at 9:15, we arrived at 9:30 and there were already people outside waiting to get in. Turns out the close the doors 15 minutes after the last show, but fail to state that anywhere in their policies or app. We even bought snacks, and the staff refused to open the door for us and actively ignored our calls from outside. Another customer opened the door for us and the reaction from the staff was terrible, they were mockingly disrespectful. We called a manager and he said they couldn't refund anything today that it had to be during business hours. We didn't get what we paid for and not even a refund. This company is a joke

I’ve only been to this location twice and both times my experience has been garbage. Most recently went to see the new Guardians movie, but it’s so expensive. The tickets themselves cost too much, and a drink and pretzel bites were $17. The employees are rude and full of attitude, I get the whole “we don’t get paid to act nice” thing, but they take it too far here. God forbid you have to go heat some food up for all of a minute. Our seats were also in terrible condition. Pieces ripped off of them, popcorn shrapnel and fresh soda stains on them. They don’t clean, at all. I’ve only visited here because it’s the closest location to my house but from now on I’m just gonna drive the extra 20 minutes for a better location.

Absolutely the worst theater experience I've ever had. The theater was very dirty (bathroom especially). Our movie started and there were volume issues (the main character's volume was zero while the background volume was very loud). When we brought it to the front desk's attention, they said they couldn't guarantee it'd be fixed. They also couldn't guarantee that they'd restart the movie for us after we already missed 20 minutes of dialogue. When we asked for a refund we were told they could only give us movie passes even though we drove over an hour to see this movie and we have no AMC theaters where we live. We will not be back to this AMC location ever.

I have to admit. Tonight changed my rating from a five star to a two. The staff is too busy trying to close rather than check out the customers in a giant line on a Saturday night. Almost 20 minutes later I got a large popcorn and drink. 20 minutes for a 20 second transaction!! On a Saturday night why in the world was there only one cashier? Absurdly dumb. There was no reason I should have been waiting 20 minutes and just one cashier. Management just kept walking by and cleaning, instead of helping to take care of customers. Horrible management. That's like duh level for management. If you see a line, you help. She apparently needs to go back to training.

This is a nice theater, offering plenty of parking and a nice clean interior. Stadium seating with nice comfortable recliners. An IMAX theater is also located here, as well as 3d etc… The Wife and myself stopped by for the 3:30 showing of Creator, this is an overly long movie. Wasn’t a bad movie good sci-fi, but could have been better. We had a nice time and experience. Thanks AMC! The concessions are pricy 16 bucks for a bucket of popcorn and a regular coke. But that just seems to be the norm now at theaters. If you have a big family or large limited funds bring you own snacks. Likely not allowed but I will never tell. Come in enjoy a movie nice place.

Bought tickets online, very friendly at check in. Self-service for drinks. Butter is also Self-service but instead of pumping it they gave us a few 2 Oz cups of butter to pour on. You can get refills on large popcorn at this time. Seats very comfortable and recline. Saw pretty in pink with our daughter who loved it. Not very crowded which is to be expected now days. Felt a bit more normal to do something we did pre covid. This theater has a bar but I have not tried beer and popcorn yet not sure that sounds good to me. Wish more new movies were coming out, but maybe this fall. Not theaters falt for that. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Popcorn was everywhere throughout the lobby and all over everything where you get napkins ect…There was old popcorn touching the napkins!!!!The floor was sticky and felt gross to walk on!!!!They also have broken chairs,mine hurt my back when it was reclined!!!!! To be cheap they are turning the air on low or completely off until right before the movie starts. This place has really gone downhill from when I started going here a year ago! I’m going to find another AMC to go to! Please don’t leave an owner response or any response. The response could put me into the hospital.I have a severe condition.Thank you!

Oh AMC what happened to you? We returned after a hiatus to find the leather seats of theater 1 almost completely worn bare (forgiveable) and the carpet leading into the theater so STICKY that it literally gripped my slip on shoes and pulled them off my heels with each step (frankly unforgiveable). I know times are tough for theaters, so I can wait patiently for upgrades, but please for the love, clean the carpets. This is basic maintenance. I'll return, of course, because I want to support our local theaters. But AMC, even in the tough times, I think you can clean the floor. Everything else was just fine! :)

Finally the movies have welcomed us back with open arms, walking in and smelling that greasy,salty, buttery goodness called popcorn was nostalgia city and got me pumped to see a film. We saw The conjuring 3 and it was amazing on these huge screens, great sound, felt like I was in the movie. Clean environment and a friendly greeter at the door made it even more memorable. The staff at the snack counter could use an attitude adjustment as most looked like they wanted to be anywhere else and acted that way too. Welcome back to the movies friends, buckle up, it's going to be a great ride!

This is literally the worst AMC in the Indianapolis area. The staff is either confused or doesn't care, the popcorn never seems to be hot not matter when you go, and the prices are much higher than that of other theaters (Regal downtown, Goodrich in Fishers). I'm an AMC Stubs member and have been consistently disappointed in the service a look of this theatre. Just today, I went to see the 4 pm showing over SpiderVerse and our seats were FILTHY! One, patrons should be respectful enough to help out the staff, but staff should also clean theaters before guests arrived.

Theatre was great and clean. They emphasized social distancing and didn't sell seats next to a group. Only had 1 family in the theatre besides us and they were 5 rows back. They are currently not offering refills on popcorn or drinks due to covid, and will charge full price another popcorn or drink as opposed to just charging for a new bucket or cup. Thought this should have been put online or somewhere else before we got there, especially since we pre-ordered our snacks online. Overall pretty good experience and we got to see back to the future on the bug screen.

I won free vouchers from the AMC - Coke collaboration. This has 2 free tickets, 2 free Large drinks and a Large popcorn. I sat there and had them scan it (as the instructions say) and they’re telling me that it doesn’t work and they can’t accept it. After continuous confusion we finally get to the point where I realized there are numbers you can input under the barcode that you could manually put it in. Which they did. And it worked… How the hell are your machines this messed up. Never heard of another theater having this issue.

Nice movie theater! We went to see Captain Marvel which I really enjoyed. I got to watch it in comfort thanks to the spacious and reclining seating. The theater was clean and the indoor temperature was comfortable. I have nothing to contribute about their food services because I hardly ever buy food at movie theaters *Update* I was back in town and saw the new Spiderman movie here. Had the popcorn and it was pretty good! Love that they have the add your own butter feature. I also had a Coke icee and it was delicious

We have our movie start at 8:30 we got there at 8:45. When we got there the door are lock, when we got inside ready to order some food they told us that they are close and they can’t help us, of course we got mad and we ask for some popcorn or even water and they just said we are CLOSE!, we ask for a refund and they just gave us tickets apparently for another movie. I would never treat someone like that even tho we are close, I work as a csr and this is totally unacceptable. Thanks for a nothing!

Ok, so this was our first time seeing a movie in the Dolby Atmos theater and let me just say “WOW!” because it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I cannot wait to see another movie in this type of theater! As for AMC 14, specifically, the staff was pleasant, the venue was clean, the lines were brief, and I can’t complain about a single thing! Buying online ahead of time was a blessing! And F9 was the best in this setting! Great venue. Great movie. Great overall experience!!!

This theater is a good, clean space and our go to spot for movies. The theater has comfortable and clean recliners. Some theaters have smaller space to accommodate lesser audience and others slightly bigger. Parking is never a concern and usually easy to find movie tickets last minute. Staff follows COVID protocols and reasonable audience these days. The popcorn and soft drinks just like any other theater is obnoxiously expensive, no surprises there unfortunately.

Enjoyed my time here, the customer rep at the ticketing desk was very supportive and cheerful, our theatre was changed after booking and she immediately helped us out with new information. The staff at the popcorn and beer counter were cheerful and friendly. Theatre was clean and seats were really comfortable. We saw the movie in Theatre 9. Parking was also no hassle, they have a dedicated spot for electric cars but some other car had already iced the spot.

The theater and the movie offerings are fine. The concession stand was a mess! I wanted to order nuggets and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I tried to order popcorn, paid for it and then was told that they ran out, but I could wait 10 minutes for them to pop some more. I asked how long would it take for pretzel bites and was told 5 minutes, it actually took 15. If I ever go again I'll be sure to not get my hopes up for any snacks from concession.

Nice, clean, large theater. Food is good, excellent sound quality, and seating is amazing. Plus I like the assigned seating. My only annoyance is staffing levels. Never seams to have enough staffing. Considering that many folks are premium stubs members, they should ensure enough staffing so that premium members don't have to wait in line. Otherwise what the purpose of paying for a membership if are not afforded the VIP treatment due to staffing levels.

I love coming here. The atmosphere is always friendly and pretty quiet. Bathrooms are always well maitained. We always look online ahead of time at the movie we want to see and how many seats are already taken before we go. Usually, we go to the earliest showing and have had no problems with it being to crowded. We also wait for the movie we want to see to be out for at least a week or two to let the initial crowd it would draw to die down.

There was an older man in one of our seats who refused to move, so I had to go to guest services. The poor guy working the counter had to beg his coworkers to help out with the line because they were just sitting around in the back doing nothing and laughing. Our icee had bugs in it and we didn’t see them until we were halfway finished. Pretty disgusting and I expect better from such a big cinema chain. Will be avoiding this location.

Staff wont make eye contact, floors are filthy dirty with garbage, and best part is they charge you 6 dollars for a soda and without reason shut off the soda machines at 11pm...a totally unnecessary cash grab when the average price per fluid ounce is about 4 cents. Best part....you can be profiled and harassed by pistol armed rental cops. If this hasn't sold you....then at least come enjoy the deafening sound levels in IMAX theater!.

Love the dolby theater in terms of picture and sound. However the seats are very worn in many spots. Concessions seem to always be understaffed. Yesterday they had no soft drinks or icees available. Either had to pay for an overpriced bottle of water or get a little cup to get your own water. This is usually my go to theater but if it continues to go down hill, I'll be going elsewhere.

The theatre is neat, clean, and orderly. However, tickets are AN ARM AND A LEG!!! For 2 adults, it was nearly 70$. 2 tickets, 2 candy, a popcorn, and 2 drinks. I understand inflation and profit, and I don't begrudge their success. I just wish it was "like the olden days" When one could take his or her family to they theatre for an affordable evening together

Do not waste you money on the Dolby theater. When gone there twice and they always seem to "miss" cleaning this theater. It was gross and sticky. When brought to a managers attention he came in and spot cleaned the lower level ( where no one sits) and spot cleaned a few areas on the upper areas. Pics for proof. Just a waste of money..I don't want to sit in filth.

A friend bought tickets for the IMAX. When we arrived, they told us the IMAX was down. We had to wait 30 mins for a regular picture with IMAX tickets rendered for another day. Disappointing. Ordered a hot dog and some popcorn. Not 5 minutes into eating the porcorn, I bit into a hair strand. All he offered was to refund my popcorn. Highly disappointed

They really need to have employees clean / do maintenance on the concessions area. The popcorn butter area was horrible...no one had cleaned it for quite some time and was gross. Always seems to be 1-2 different drink nachines broken. Wish I had taken s picture of the area I am referring to above....other than that the whole experience was awesome!

4.5 Star location: Clean parking lot. Clean building inside and out. Employees are friendly and helpful. Minimal wait/short lines to get served or helped. Theaters are clean and spacious. Reclining seats are operational 99.9% of the time. Audio quality is exceptional. AMC online ordering makes things a lot easier. In general, 4.5 Star location.

Went for a private screening and it was really good. The seats were comfortable, place looked clean, and I liked the ability to have the whole theater for just people we came with. Would recommend for people looking for a way to get out. Masks still required the whole time except when eating, and they have lots of sanitation amenities all over.

I absolutely love how AMC castleton has remodeled their theaters. It's such a nice treat and feels like you're in a very comfortable lay-z-boy recliner. It's like going all the way from economy to first class. Lastly, even though the IMAX screen isn't technically the size of real imax, it is still way better than the standard theater screens.

Paid a premium to see Oppenheimer on the imax screen. The reclining chairs have seen better days. The theater was not too hot nor too cold but just enough not to be uncomfortable. It was reasonably clean at the same time as I feel like the days of the theater are slowly getting numbered. Pricing for a large popcorn and soda is well insane.

This place would be and should be 5 stars! Let me tell you why it's only 3 stars. First off, the theater is perfect in every aspect except cleanliness! The floors are sticky everywhere you walk, counters are dirty, and popcorn all over the floor. I do not care how short staffed a place is, cleanliness should always be a top priority!

DIRTY!!!!! Very…..DIRTY!! This theatre BEGGED to have movie goers to come back but clearly have no plan in place to keep this nasty place together! This is my first time back in a theatre since 2019 and I will continue to stay home after this visit or perhaps visit a cleaner, newer, theatre and have better luck. DO BETTER AMC!!!

Super glad that they got really nice comfortable chairs now at this theatre! It’s much nicer than other theaters that we have been to. The staff is nice and helpful. We enjoyed our movie and thought the quality of the sound and picture were awesome! Thank you for a good time on a Tuesday morning! Will definitely be coming back!

My Daughter wallet was stolen there lastnight and I talked to the Gm Debra and she was rude and ignorant and wouldn't listen and Continued to cut me off and simple told she she didn't care call the police when I requested that the camera be reviewed. I recorded our conversation and Mrs Deborah will be reported to Corporate.

Nice theatre with recliner seats. I think the seats are a little narrower than United Artist but still pretty comfy. I like being able to put my own butter on my popcorn and the freestyle coke machine. Although sometimes the popcorn tastes a little stale since it’s been sitting out. Overall nice place to watch some movies

Unacceptable customer service, only one staff member for the entire theater, a long waiting line for movie style food/drink purchase. Save your money and go to a nicer theater. If you're their premium club member, then cancel it and don't go back. As I stated before, not worther your time or money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Loves the theatre, only complaint is that they don't think about tall people when the made the seats!! Attendants the were awesome, way better and professional than the Studio Movie Grill. I would say, for better service, drive the extra miles from the West Side to go to a great theatre experience.

Clean and friendly staff. Really liked that bought tickets early online and able to pick where wanted to sit. When got there QR code was scanned and right to consession we went. Have a var area for the adults. The theater seats are super comfortable and are automatic recliners!! Will be back!!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Seating was a little strange in the Theater they put us in. But pretzel bites was okay. Seats where comfortable! Nice clean bathroom's which is always a plus for us! Prices was a little higher then what we are use too. But overall nice movie theater.

Great for AMC IMAX and Dolby but the staff has shrunk tremendously and I hope it picks back up. I enjoyed getting food and drinks there, but menu is smaller and not all the food is available. The recliners are nice you don't have to worry about leaning into the side and the chair moving.

Great theater. Nice big screens. Great recliners in all theaters. Staff friendly. Unfortunately Castleton mall is unsafe with lots of violence and theft. We only go in the daytime. The parking lot is dark. And there seems to always been shootings and stabbings in close vicinity.

The theater is nice, but I have experienced two occasions where the movie didn't start on time because of faulty equipment, and the second time, it didn't start. I wasted one of my A-list movie selections. They gave me two free passes which were a waste for me, as an A-lister

My only complaint is that they’ve been out of nachos and cheese sauce for a while now. Service at the concessions and the security guards who scan you in are always fast, courteous and helpful and facilities are always as clean as they can be. I never leave here disappointed.

The new Indiana Jones movie it was great the facilities were very clean the seats were comfortable large bucket of popcorn large Diet Coke for two senior tickets it's horrible to say something used every bit of a senior AMC gift card but it was a wonderful afternoon

Not enough workers. Hardly any customers and still took about 5 minutes to do my order at the concession stand. The worker that waited on us was very good and doing their best, but not enough workers. The theater was too loud by far! And it was cold as usual.

The movie theater had minimal air conditioning in the theaters today. The lobby was fine, but I was sweating up a storm even after I alerted the front desk to the problem. The theater is otherwise fine, but it was hard to enjoy the movie in the heat.

Very friendly staff. Decent food. Great drink selection. Drinks are costly. The bathrooms don't get cleaned enough. Theater is cleaned nicely. Every Saturday morning they offer a movie showing for special needs individuals which is sooooo wonderful!

I've been here a few times and the theater is starting to show its age and signs of poor maintenance. It's generally clean, but you can see it is getting worn out. That aside, it was a good viewing experience and the staff was very nice and polite.

The movie was great. The concession stand was awful, the hot dog bun was hard, the concession stand didn't except cash, they make you purchase a debit card. At the end of the day, that was probably the worst experience I've had at a movie theater !

The young woman selling tickets needs a promotion. She was very friendly and helpful. We saw the Barbie movie. The theater was comfy, and the sound and screen were good. One of our seats didn't recline so we moved down once since it wasn't full.

Loved this movie theater on Tuesdays you can see a movie for $5 bucks but you have to be a AMC movie club member to sign up for it it's free & its worth it I also enjoyed the free refill on the drinks most theaters does not offer that.

Movies are always a nice experience. Food isnt always great neither are the seats. They never have the free posters or commemorative tickets from watching certain movies. I'd consider other better options before this one if possible.

The chairs suck to sit in and look like they're old and faded. Someone turned on Find My Phone in the middle of a movie and then called the Mall Cops to chase me out when I told her to quit. Expensive prices for basic service.

A good friend took me here so we could watch Kingsman and the movie was great! Popcorn sad and prices for concessions very inflated. Overall a 7 out of 10 deportations cause there's many other theaters better than this one.

The Dolby theater experience is absolutely wonderful. However, they really need to get new reclining chairs. The ones we sat in didn't recline all the way, and just about every chair in the theater was torn quite badly!

Cleaner than I remembered, but definitely showing its age. The new coke machines make the lobby look fresh, but the rest of the common areas need a little love. Picture quality and sound quality were still top-notch.

Overbooking problem today and multiple people had the same seats. Bad experience and I had to change my seat all the way to the front and be separated from my brother. I bought my tickets online a week earlier too.

Kendal at the front desk helped us recover our incorrect purchase, both over the phone and in person. She went above and beyond to ensure my birthday plans went well!!!! I enjoyed the movie and refreshments.

Wow how things have changed. It felt good taking the family to see F9. They had Clorox wipes throughout the movie theater. The theater was very clean popcorn is still good. Bathroom are completely clean

Even though we had to sit on top of the screen due to the number of patrons; the seats were comfortable and nicely spaced. Cleanliness at the theater also seems to be a priority which I appreciate.

Seats are comfortable. Theater wasn’t too cold. I don’t understand how they keep the business open with only 5 people watching the movie. But some things are just much better on the full screen.

Nice and clean, lots of aisle space and seats are comfortable. The sound system was a little off, and the acoustics allowed noise from the adjacent movie to be heard when the movie went silent.

The AC Was broken on the hottest day of the year 8/25/23 & they still sold tickets to us. How can you drag a 6 yr old out of the theater when you've already promised them a movie and snacks.

Very courteous staff and the wait line was virtually nonexistent. Very few people in the theater at 6pm on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean facility and great experience overall.

This theater is out of this world. The comfort of the chairs, the reclining feature, the bar and large concession stand. what else could you ask for but a great time and AMC provides that!

Checked out Till at this location & it was clean & awesome customer service was definitely appreciated. The chairs were recliner chairs & that was a extra plus. Great location at the mall.

I only go to AMC cause I bought stock on the company. This specifically movie theater kinda sucks specially cause they don’t enforce the A list priority line at the popcorn.

Went to the movies today for a 12:15 showing and there was no food available. Only candy and drinks. This theater barely has anything most of the time. This is ridiculous.

It was my first time at this location and my last. overprice to see trashing and sticky seats.. that didn't work.. its OK.. I'll stick to what I'm good with..

I was so happy I chose to attend a movie here. The large imax screen and reclining seats made for a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, sometimes out of butter, but overall, good experience across the board. Not that long of a wait for food orders. Popcorn always instant.

Overall not bad, but so pricey!! My popcorn was subpar at best, especially for how much it cost, but certain movies need to be seen a a big screen.

They need to maintain the recliners especially the handicap aisle in the Dolby theatre. You pay a premium for recliner's that don't recline.

Some of the kids here are rude and unprofessional. Please train ur employees to be quieter if they’re going to make fun/mock a customer!

Service is quick. Theater is often dirty and lots of talking in the theaters. We prefer Traders Point AMC when we have the option.

We were given someone else's seats but it got straightened out. The popcorn we had tasted old. But I absolutely love their seats!

Convenient location, plenty of parking. Very dirty in the theater rooms. Maybe they don't clean up between the shows...
