My wife and I are both A-List members with AMC. We have spent a lot of time and money at this theater. Overall, we do enjoy this theater and have had nothing but good experiences with the staff. However, on March 24, 2023, we had one of the most horrible experiences we’ve had in recent time while going out to any public place. We used our A-list membership to get two passes to Scream 6, as well as purchase an additional ticket for my sister who has epilepsy. It appears that their system glitched and sold us tickets for “Today, Friday March 25, 2023” (as shown in my AMC App), opposed to “Today, Friday March 24, 2023”. This caused the system to double book the seats we were in. Although we had already been seated in our assigned seats and the movie had just stated, they forced us to either relocate seats (from the back row to a row towards the front) or leave the theater for their mistake. The reasoning we were given as to why we had to relocate was “the other guests had food that needed to be delivered to these seats”. While I understand mistakes happen, they chose to force us to leave the theater so they could seat the other guests there. While we were leaving the auditorium, one of the other guest that were assigned to our seats told my sister to “keep moving b*tch”. My sister doesn’t move all to fast because of her epilepsy. I brought this up to the management team as well. I do not like speaking down on any customer service employee, but the management team on duty was far from friendly or helpful. While we did get a refund for the concessions items and reassigned to another showing on Saturday, the management team kept implying we were at fault for this error. To add to the insult, they had their security guard follow my wife, my sister and I around while they were fixing their mistakes. Being followed and watched like a criminal is insulting. I will not name any of the management team members by their names, but I suggest AMC assesses how trained their employees are for situations like these. All of this stress caused my sister to have a seizure after getting home. That is completely unacceptable . I would like to thank the employee who helped me with the refunds. He was extremely helpful and understood how bizarre this situation was. I am not one of the people who believes “the customer is always right”. But getting blamed for a mistake that is not yours and being treated like a criminal is beyond inexcusable and offensive. AMC, please do better. ( Three stars because I believe one incident does not outweigh other good ones we’ve had there)

I went prior to this theatre and the sound proofing was awful, anytime our movie was quiet you could hear the other one next door. It also took 30min to get 4 drinks at the bar since they only had one bartender who was offered help but refused. On another occasion I received a video chat from my mother for proof of the absolute wrong doing on this locations part. My mother was provided a ticket credit in consolation for the screen Blank Panther going black in the middle of the movie on a previous occasion. She decided to take my little brothers 15 and 10 to the movies to see Mario Bro. and use the ticket credit provided and still paid out of pocket for the difference even though it should have been covered in full. She and my brothers were then asked to leave due to an issue with the gift card AMC had provided from the previous occasion because she asked for a refund. When asked to speak with a superior her request was denied. Then they had the audacity to call the police and try and say she was trespassing because she wanted a refund and to speak with a superior. Then in front of my brothers officer Boks (spelling might be wrong) threatened to put her in handcuffs due to “trespassing” (no trespassing order was provided) due to her speaking loud in the AMC because of the frustration from piss poor customer service by AMC and straight racism by the police. If I wasn’t on FaceTime with her as proof for these wrong doings and in case they wrongfully arrested her and then needing to get my brothers then I might not have believed this incident had happened. My cousin helped build this theatre and it’s extremely disheartening and enraging to have seen this incident occur. I hope no one ever has the experiences we have had and hope this theatre can figure out how to function as a customer service business. Luckily to save the night the same movie was playing at the location on Fallbrook a few minutes after the incident where I paid for my brothers and mother to go see the movie and try and remedy the traumatizing experience.

New theater that is nice and up to date with the lates technology. Unfortunately none of that matters because the waitstaff moving about the theater is distracting. If you are very particular about your movie watching experience this theater is not great. I saw top gun and the waitstaff was delivering food 50 min past the posted show time. The employees also carry small lights and have trouble navigating the theaters due to the reclining seats. All are very distracting. Update as of 6/12/22: I’ve been to the theater now 5 times and I’m just astonished by how poorly planned this theater is. Other than technical issues with their ticketing system double booking seats. The lobby is where the problems begin. There is always a huge line for concessions. the theater has very little active cashiers at the bar and the line for it ends up reaching all the way to the entry escalator. This inevitably causes food to end up coming later during the movie. Everything in the theater is distracting. The rows are poorly leveled and cause anyone getting up to be distracting or block your view. I would think that is problematic for a theater where they deliver food during a movie. Also the theaters have only one entrance so people take the first staircase and then walk past you in your cramped row to get to the far side of the theater and don’t even use the second staircase on the far sides. I show up before trailers and monst people seem to come during or after. I attached a photo so you can see the imax theater a bit from seat j11, note I’m 6ft and only at a partial recline I can touch the wall in front with my feet. Finally this theater does not seem to fit capacity demands for the area. Always expect it to be hard to get opening night tickets.

We really loved everything about this theater experience with the exception of two things which I think are noteworthy. So what are the good things?? Easy to purchase reserve tickets online, The seats are remarkably and unbelievably comfortable, The place is incredibly clean, there's a wall between you and the next row so that if some inconsiderate person decides to use their phone, hopefully the wall will block the light from your eyes which is especially distracting in a 3D environment. We went to watch The Avatar sequel in 3D IMAX laser. The idea of this laser is that it can project at a much brighter intensity than previous projector bulbs. And here is where I have an issue. Having worked on four 3D films professionally, and also having seen the original Avatar film at IMAX at their own screening theater, I believe I have the expertise to share... I don't think this laser was calibrated properly, I don't think that the light it projected was any different. As a matter of fact, I found the jungle scenes, particularly dark, also found the ocean sequences feeling a bit flat and washed out. I hope you guys can check this. As far as the audio goes and I think this is a trend, The audio is so terribly loud that we brought along ear plugs that you would use for a lawn mower or a chainsaw. And in some cases it was still too loud!! Unbelievable! So, team AMC, We love your theater, can you please look into these technical issues?? Avatar is a visual extravaganza and I felt that it came across flat!! So that in itself was the biggest disappointment, especially considering the price of a ticket.

My family and I just went to this theater and we are all disappointed in this theater. For starters, it’s FILTHY! Popcorn on the floor everywhere. I didn’t see anyone sweeping. The restrooms were disgusting. They don’t appear to have been cleaned at all. Popcorn, hair, and toilet paper everywhere. This is the dirtiest AMC theater I’ve been to. I used the dine in option and can’t believe the quality of food we received. Actually, before I write about food, I have to add that w delivered it they brought it without straws for the drinks and no napkins. They even knocked over our drink and it got all over my son. I asked for napkins and he walked away saying they “were on there”. There were no napkins. Fortunately, I had some in my purse and we used those to dry him off. We would’ve appreciated him coming back with napkins or even an apology, but we got neither. We asked for extra butter on our popcorn and there was NO butter on the popcorn at all. My daughter ordered a kids pack and her popcorn bag was filled half way with burnt popcorn kernels. Next time I want to go to a movie with a dine in experience and good service, I’ll go to the Simi Valley Movie Grill or the IPIC theater. This was so disappointing and not worth the price. AMC, you can do better!

We have not been to the movie theaters at all since COVID. We came here to see, "Avatar, The Way of Water". This new AMC is very well laid out and there are people at the ticket monitors to help you if you need help. We had passes from Costco and had no idea how to purchase our tickets. A very pleasant young man helped us and showed us how to do it so next time we can do it ourselves. We went on a Tuesday and got $5 off the price of the ticket, apparently, they have $5 Tuesdays every week! We purchased large popcorn and got the refill at the same time, a large drink and hot dogs! The popcorn and hot dogs were nice and warm and fresh as was the popcorn. The seats were very comfortable and reclined to a comfortable level. The tables could have been a wee bit larger to accommodate both the popcorn container and the hot dog, but that was minor issue. The seats are roomy and you are not seated too close to the person beside you so you don't feel nervous about being too near strangers who might not be healthy! It was a very positive experience and we will return to this AMC in the near future to catch up on our movies!

I came here last night to watch John Wick Chapter 4. This was my first time here in a while so it was nice to see the difference they made when they updated it. I found the place easily since I was already familiar with the mall and I parked near the Target structure. I got my tickets ahead of time so I already reserved my seats at the Dolby Cinema. They have a kiosk area where you can buy your tickets there and also have people working there if you need any help. This is a dine in theater so you can buy food ahead of time and get it delivered to your seat or purchase it before the movie start. The movie showtime was 6pm and they let us in to sit around 5:45pm because they had to clean it. The cleaning wasn't perfect because there were still popcorn in my seat. I really like the Dolby Cinema theater because the sound and picture are amazing. The leather seats was not comfortable to me because I would get hot within like 30 minutes so I had to move around.

Great remodel/new build of this AMC. I usually drive to the Fallbrook location because of the lack of nearby AMC with recliner seating but this is perfectly situated. I parked at a somewhat tricky to get to parking lot and was able to walk into the 1st floor and find the elevator that takes you directly to the third floor and AMC entrance. There are plenty of other ways to park and walk here which are not far at all but I wanted to check how quickly you could access the theatre from 1st floor parking lot. The theatre itself is bright and clean. Huge space for the concession line which will feel open when it’s packed unlike other locations. Bar is not ready yet. Plenty of cool Freestyle machines. The seats are comfortable! Soft and plush and include seat heaters! They don’t decline back as far as other locations but certainly is a comfortable place to watch a movie. This will certainly be my new goto movie theatre.

Beautiful theatre, with a few faults. The parking lot right outside the theatre is too small, so forget parking there. I thought it was like the old theatre, but they expanded the mall. The parking structure is HUGE!! So plenty of parking there. Decided to come here as a last minute date night. Burgers were good, cooked just right But there were no condiments for fries or onion rings. It was very much like a 5 guys burger, nothing like a real dining experience with real service ware. The dining trays were too small to hold the food containers so you had to be careful not to accidentally push the container off. Forget space for your popcorn and movie candy. The seats are super comfortable- with heaters included if need be. They even recline. Overall a nice theatre. A few minor tweaks to the tray tables would be nice and the food choices. Update: I got food poisoning. So I probably won’t be getting their food again.

This was the worst expirence of my life. I am a 15 year old boy and i tried to watch a movie with my friend. The staff was disgusting and rude. I was followed everywhere i went because they thought i was going to go to an r rated movie. I was talked about , followed, look at in the RIGHT movie theater and more. I left the movie about 5 minutes in because there were about 5-6 workers waiting for me to leave. once i went down the escalators i got yelled at from the top from 2 workers “better luck next time” “nice try” “looser” and more making jokes of my friends and i throwing up L’s. DO NOT go to this cinema because they are disgusting and gross and the treatment i got there was really horrible. The workers need to be BETTER. Disgusting. All i have to say. I have been trying to call them for the past 2 hours with over 13 phone calls and not one has been answered during their work time. Ew.

Hey guys Just came back from the AMC topanga theater. I’ve been there a few times but I wanted to leave a review. This place is great, friendly staff great customer service. The atmosphere of the place is amazing they did such a great job remodeling. I love the spacey seats and recliners in the theater. You can even control the temperatures of the chairs. I did sign up for the AMC a-list membership but just so you know if you sign up you are committed to 4 months, even when you cancel you are still committed to paying for those months. So unless you go to the movies very often it’s not that great of a deal. I want to remind everyone to be respectful in the theater. I just walked out of a movie because the people next to me were very loud and rowdy. Making tons of noise with their food and phones, watching videos and talking to each other the entire time. Highly recommend watching a real 3-D movie.

Nice theatre, same quality as any other AMC. My only gripe is the seats. Unless you're coming here specifically to order a meal to enjoy during your movie, I'd highly suggest going to the Porter Ranch AMC location instead. The seats here were somewhat uncomfortable and are a bit too tightly packed, almost felt like I was on an airplane. It's sad cause I was excited to have a new theatre with potentially better parking and more to do before the show starts since it's in the mall, but man the seat design ruined it for me. I don't understand the thought process when it came to the seating. Whoever designed the auditorium decided to put seats that, when fully reclined, completely block off the aisle (had to constantly shuffle my feet as people walked by) when the whole gimmick is that you can order food to your seat causing a constant flow of employees having to go past you to deliver food.

First time in since remodel. Overall good experience. Cineoplis is definitely better, they get 5 stars for the entire experience. The chairs are noisy, takes away from the experience. I love heated seats, was good for me, my lady likes cooling, they didn't work.... We went with a large group, 8 people. Ordering food at the front, then having the good brought in after was a bit of a drag. Asked several times, will the hamburgers be labeled as we ordered different ones, we were told yes.... Nope didn't happen, and the server, fumbled through it, figuring it out, and she did great doing that, but again takes away from the experience. My hamburger was DRY, fortunately tasty, but DRY. Saw a ticket to paradise, livened up the mood, great theater, screen, sound. Work on noisy seats, and service!

This location needs work. First and foremost, the theatres are way too warm inside. I've seen 4 movies here, all at night, and it's been uncomfortably hot inside every time. Distracting. The audio and picture quality are pretty good but honestly it doesn't make up for the heat and the strangely uncomfortable seats. They don't recline enough to really be called "recliners". They retain and reflect your body heat. The ambient temperature can be fixed, the reclining angles likely cannot. It's clean and a solid location otherwise, but as a moviegoing experience it's pretty middle road. *edit (addition) - I ordered food to the seat when I bought the ticket. It came 15 minutes after the assigned delivery time without a fork. So, grab yourself a fork before you sit if you order food.

Went to see the IMAX for the new Indiana Jones film and literally walked out because the film was the loudest I’ve ever experienced in a film. The speakers cracked at times and it was annoying with just speaking and when the volume hit its peak when action started it began to hurt both me and my partners ears enough to leave and ask for our money back. The theater controls to overall volume and there is no need for it to be that loud. I’ve noticed this trend while going to theaters that offer meals. I don’t know if they’re doing it to cover up people eating but it is the wrong answer to the issue. I love going to the movies and this ruined my day and makes me doubt wanting to spend my time and money to go back and experience that again.

I watched a movie at this theater which opened June 2, 2022. First, it has a big lounge where you can hang out before getting in. It has a bar and the concession stand and lots of comfortable seats. Second, the seats in the theater are very comfortable plus it has cool and warm features to make your seats at temperature too your liking. Third, it has tables for your food. Fourth, the food choices are amazing. It's a little expensive but they are good. I had the classic cheeseburger and the artisan bread with tomatoes and cheese. Fifth, they bring the food to your seats. Sixth, it's so clean. I liked it a lot. Seventh, it's inside a great mall if you like to go shopping or just walk around after. I highly recommend this theater.

This movie theatre is less than a year old and was finally able to check it out. With having two kids at home it’s hard for me to go to the movies, but today was the day! They have multiple areas in the theatre to order food. I didn’t get a full meal but got a large popcorn which was about $11 but includes a refill. I totally forgot how expensive movie theatre snacks can be. The seats in the theater had seat warmers which was nice. The seats were reclined but not all the way. They go about 3/4 of the way which was enough for me to be comfortable at an angle. I saw a 3D movie and enjoy all the colors of the movie and things popping out at you. Not sure when I’ll make it to the movies again, but I would definitely come back.

Insanely horrible theatre for the location. It’ll close down with a year mark my word. I don’t even know where to begin. I was so looking forward to a great experience. So many things happened on my first visit! It’s not really “dine in” first of all. You have to order at concessions. If you order tenders or fries etc then they’ll bring it. After a year of being open they are barely going to serve alcohol this Thursday. I wanted a drink. Part of the reason I went here. Drinks are going to be ordered same way so get ready for constant trips to concessions and missing important parts of X movie. They were out of Coco cola. Did diet. The seats didn’t recline all the way. My back felt straight. Legs needed to be raised more.

Nice and clean theater with large comfortable seats but here are a few downsides: 1) since they have less auditorium compared to the late amc promenade, they don't show a lot of the more artistic low budget so called artesian movies nor do a lot of early releases, so for that you have to go all the way to Burbank or Century City. 2) this is a dine-in theater and some times people get their food delivered to them during the movie which can be distracting. 3) at some of the auditoriums you can see a big strip of light reflecting on the screen which comes through the window on the door, this can get very annoying specially during darker scenes. I hope the management cover these windows with tint!

I love the new theater! Never been to a theater so shiny, new, and clean. I saw a show in one of the regular theaters, and they all have very comfy new loungers. I bought my tickets online with food, and it was brought straight to my seat on time. The boneless buffalo wings tasted hot, crispy, and fresh. Although it was a bit challenging eating them in the dark theater. They also brought these butter cups for my popcorn but sure, if you can request salt or need to pick some up. The only downside was getting seated next to some annoying toddlers that wouldn't zip it, but that can happen anywhere. Overall great experience, and looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu!

Very nice theater. The seats were very comfortable, they reclined to a half laying down position, so not all the way down. They also had a heated seat button in case you get cold. I went with my wife and daughter, we all ordered food. I had the chicken salad, it was tasty and it had a decent amount of chicken. However my wife had a barbecue burger, she said it was okay but hardly had any barbecue flavor or sauce. My daughter ordered one of the spicy chicken sandwiches, she said it was good but the fries it came with were only warm and not hot. We will be going back again, since we enjoyed the seats and the movie. However we will be more selective of the food we order.

Personally, I'm a huge AMC fan. I've visited almost all in the Los Angeles area. This AMC is one of the nicest ones in L.A. It's also a dine-in theater, so you can download the AMC app to get delivery to your seat, or you can order at the front. I will say, exiting the parking lot is kinda confusing, so I just park usually in the mall area. Also, it's on top of Topanga Social if you're hungry after a movie. Overall, great experience. They also recently started taking tap-to-pay, so you can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. (the pictures I took are from auditorium 1 where I watch Spider-Man: across the spider verse, p.s. really good movie)

Today I bought a Hot Dog and a pizza and they only delivered the pizza. I asked blonde lady (I think she was the manager) and she said that she can’t get me a refund. It’s only a Hot Dog so it’s not really about the money. What bothers me is that this is the second time I didn’t get my food. The first time I didn’t get my whole entire meal and was charged for it. Had to buy for it again and managers couldn’t do anything. I feel like I keep wasting my money on food that I never receive. Next time I’ll make sure to not do the Dine it experience and wait to receive my food at the register. Totally upset about how the manager dealt with the situation..

To be clear it's a spectacular venue with nice lounge areas and wide open corridors. My review is more about staffing and training. I get it, the staff is young and will need more seasoning. It seems that the kitchen staff was a major bottleneck. Although they will deliver the food to your seat and theater I think over an hour to deliver cold cheese sticks and a partially melted milkshake (literally milk with whipcream and popcorn) was a bit excessive. I think this will self correct in the coming month or so. The theatre itself is the perfect summer platform for all the upcoming summer blockbusters. Looking forward to see more movies.

LIEMAX I love this theater. Always clean with comfortable reclining seats, great sound and picture, good food and drink options including a bar. Dolby 3D is beautiful, loud, and bright. IMAX is unfortunately not real 4:3 ratio like the screen at the Promenade was, I’m taking off a star for that because now I have to drive all the way to Universal for a proper IMAX experience. They will be screening Oppenheimer in 70mm at CityWalk but not here. Wish I could leave 5 stars but parking has also become frustrating since the opening of the new Topanga Social, and it seems they removed most of the spots in favor of valet parking now.

I went there for the first time tonight. Given that it’s the brand new theater in my neighborhood, I was looking forward to it being clean and beautiful. The public spaces were absolutely filthy. There was popcorn all over the floor in the lobby and the drink station was also filthy with popcorn and food packaging, while no less than four employees stood by and did nothing. The film was not loud enough and the seats, while attractive, do not recline as much as the Fallbrook AMC. I didn’t really care about this, but I could not get around the fact that place was absolutely filthy and nobody did anything about it.

We went to see Wakanda or Black Panther (whichever is the latest) here. We bought tickets to the higher-end theater for the theater's Dolby experience. The brioche was a surprise to see on the menu (at a movie theater) and a bit tasty. They have a bar there. However, it wasn't open yet when we went (December 2022). The view from the lobby seats was beautiful.... the Christmas lights were up and that gave the night view its pretty view. I enjoyed the dine-in experience about the same as any other theater. Just happy we have a dine-in theater near our !!

First time here (saw "Raiders of the Lost Ark: Dial of Destiny"). Ordering tickets & selecting seats online: 10/10 Parking: 7/10 Cleanliness of theatre and restrooms: 10/10 Dine-In Service: 2/10 (only available items for Dine-In are items that come from the kitchen. Could not request extra butter on popcorn at counter. Drink station was a little confusing). Theatre sound & seating: 8/10 (seats don't fully recline; aisles could be bigger so don't have to pull legs in while someone passes) Customer Service (counter & tickets): 10/10

We have not been to the movies in a long time. We had an excellent experience at AMC Topanga. We went to go see Avatar Dolby in 3D. The seats are reserved in advance. The parking is easy. The entire complex is new. Look at my photos. The reclining seats in with fold out table are very comfortable. The movie was amazing. The sound was full and felt immersed in the story. The vibrations of sound could be felt. If you are in going to go to the movies. I highly suggest a little drive into a brand new movie theatre.

This is the location that replaced the one on Oxnard and Topanga. It is inside the mall, by on the side by itself. Not only does this location have the regular snacks, they have an actual restaurant menu (although limited), so there is a ton to chose from. The seats not only recline, they also have a heating option. When you order from the concession stand, they deliver the food to your seat. The only downside to the reclining seats is that they only go so far, so for tall people, you will not recline to far.

At first I was bummed that the AMC 16 closed. But I love the smaller theater. seats with cooling or heat option, plenty of parking, drop circle awesome for picking up kids. The fact I can order tickets and food and not have to wait in line. It comes to my seat, which is just awesome. It makes a great impression when on a date night. It's sad how trashed it looks after each showing, but the staff does a great job of clearing each theater. 5 Stars Across the board, two thumbs up.

I’ve already seen tons of movies At The AMC TOPANGA DINE-IN 12 Theater and have had nothing but excellent service from the Employees that sell the drinks and snacks as well as the Employees Who Scan your tickets on your phone! The seats are also very comfortable as well! I will be back next Wednesday to see BTS YET TO Come with One Of My Closest Friends. This Theater Also my Favorite Movie Theater! I Definitely 100% Recommend This Theater To Everybody!!

Disappointed. Still ongoing construction, elevator didn’t work, they ran out of boxes to put your concessions in, not accepting cash. Full trash bins in the parking lot. Not impressed at all. I’ll take my $$ to AMC Fallbrook or Porter Ranch. Delay opening until everything is complete. Not everyone wants or needs large size snacks. Other than a kids meal, sometimes you want a snacker just enough for one person. Provide more options.

Be warned that this theater does not believe in air conditioning (except maybe on very warm days). I’ve been here numerous times and there is no ventilation in even the IMAX, or Dolby Cinema, or other auditorium‘s. It’s strange to me, considering the Burbank 16 is always freezing, yet this one’s always warm and stuffy. The temperature is not bad— maybe 72° or 73° (could be nicer if cooler) but the air is stagnant.

It’s expensive for anything here but it is worth the price. The seating is the most comfortable- electric recliners made of Leather with heating options? Sign me up. Deliver my dinner to my seat? Hell yes. clean. Great staff. SO comfortable. Pick your seating. Purchase online and skip the lines. I’m also a huge fan of the Coca Cola freestyle machines so you get five stars for that. Great movie Going experience.

Great to finally have a theater in the actual mall! Everything is great about it, however I did find the seats to be underwhelming in comparison to other theaters nearby, such as Fallbrook 7, due to the fact that the foot rest kind of left my feet hanging. Maybe whoever designed it was short. Apart from that minor nitpick everything was great. I’m sad to see that not everyone else has had the same experience.

Amazing theater to watch movies with your friends or a significant other as the food is delicious and the seats are very comfortable and they recline frankly not all the way back but it is still good. The seats also feature seat warmers so if you're cold that should warm you up. Staff brings food to your seats. My only negative about the place is that the seats don't recline all the way back.

First time being here since it’s been remodeled… The matinee price was for the most part acceptable like the idea that you can get your food delivered to the theater so you don’t have to miss anything. Awesome seating ample parking only issue I had was hearing the incredible sound booming from another theater, but it wasn’t enough to make me not return. Just kind of annoying.

the theater looks great and the chairs were comfy but I didn’t get my food. The cashier was really friendly yet I still can’t get over spending $91 with my and my family just to not receive my food. I got a refund but if I was going to go eat somewhere else after the movie I probably would have gone to JUST a theater. sticking to normal theaters for now.

Only go for the movies and snacks. ⚠️DO NOT drink any of the fountain drinks because my mom and I ended up with food poisoning. They don’t pay much attention to the fountain drinks as they need to. ALL the fountains had some sort of goop all over it. Just pay a little extra for a bottle drink than a fountain FULL of harmful bacteria.

Spent a few hundred bucks on dinner at cheesecake factory, had cheesecake to go for later. All packaged and wrapped and theater would not let us bring it in. We could not leave it in car, it was 100 degrees out. Then after movie the catalytic converter was stolen from my car. Over all world experience of vacation!!!!!

Great, theater! I’ve been here several times since they opened and I really enjoy going here. Love the reclining seats and how nice the employees are. The heat adjusting on select seats is very nice as well. Delicious food and great scenery with a huge big screen. Highly recommended, I’ll add photos on my next trip.

Nice and clean and seems there's a lot of people complaining about the seat, but they're not supposed to be all the same in every theater even here each theater has slightly different design and configuration. They serve drinks and foods can be brought right to your table so it's great if you're hungry.

Gorgeous new theater. Seating is incredible but it's extremely disappointing for a new theater to have such poor sound insulation between theaters. From the hallway corridor wall shared between theaters you can hear every bit of the movie next door at your seats. Definitely breaks immersion.

My wife fell down from the escalator after coming from the movie. We ended up in the ER. I was wondering why do they have to shut down the escalator going down instead of the opposite side? Couldn’t they wait till everyone leaves then do so? Who is responsible for the hospital bills?

I love the movie seating perks like the warming seats, the distance from other viewers, and the reclining option. The reason I took off a star was due to the soda options always being limited due to low inventory and some being flat, as well as the popcorn being a hit or miss.

Theater is great, but AMC’s website is terrible and double charges, never emails me a ticket even after giving the correct address twice. Maybe it was because it was for “The Sound of Freedom”? Funny how I had the E-Ticket sent to me 10 minutes after the movie started. …

The popcorn wasn't fresh, the slurpy machine wasn't working properly, and why are you giving a paper straw, and giving me a plastic cup, and top, what is your point, everything else you that is being served is on plastic containers make that Make sense?

First time here and nice place to watch movies. Regular screens are laser and recliners, which is also nice! Staff was nice and helped with orders we made. Didn't get the chance to see their IMAX, nor Dolby but will soon. Overall, a great experience!

I’m only giving 2 stars because the seat was comfy. Other than that, terrible experience. I ordered food in advance and it never showed up. I got up twice to check. The last time was ten minutes into the movie and I missed part of it because of it…

Love this venue. Close to home. Very clean and friendly. I am an A-List member so get a fast pass at concessions, usually. Sometimes a clerk forgets about the difference. No big deal. Still a fun time for my girl and I. I go almost every week.

Enjoyed my time at this dine-in AMC for Transformers. The heated reclining seats made for a comfortable experience. We didn't order anything beyond popcorn, but it was nice to see the options available that could be delivered to your seat.

This AMC is beautiful and it's located in a great mall. If only they had a bigger cleaning crew it would be perfect. We visited for a late show and there was a mess at the serving station. Other than that a great place!

This has the best food we have had at an AMC. I got the nachos which were pretty good and my wife got the buffalo chicken sandwich. The seats were pretty nice and the size of the individual theaters was nice and small

I love this theatre. It's beautiful and clean and the staff are always super friendly. The nearby food court is open now, so if you're hungry afterwards (or before), there are lots of yummy options available.

I've come here a few times and it's super comfortable. The seats are a little smaller than some other locations but they recline and they have the heaters. The trays being with the chairs is also super cool.

Makes for a pricey outing to the movies with four people but it’s a great viewing experience, the service is friendly and the seats are comfy. The food is pretty good, not amazing but definitely adequate.

Beautiful new theater. Staff was friendly and the seats are comfy. And best part is they will bring your food to your seat. Had the Chicken Nachos with my friend and they were really good!

Top of the line AMC experience. Best seats, best accommodations and the dine-in service is on par with todays modern demand. Probably one of the newest and modern AMCs I’ve ever been too.

AMC movie theaters offer a great movie-going experience with IMAX theaters, reclining seats, and delicious nachos. I would definitely recommend AMC to anyone looking for a fun night out.

It's nice that you can dine in the theater but very hard to find a parking spot near the theater. seats are small compared to other locations and they don't recline all the way.

Horrible seats. Don’t recline too much. Head cushion too big and pushes your head down. Guaranteed neck pain. Tried different rows in three movies. I miss AMC 16 promenade.

Nice comfortable seating but the food arrived cold. Probably an issue of not having enough runners to bring the food when it is prepared. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

Cool service. I've never had food brought to my seat like that before. Seats were chill, a bit snug (but I am a big boy lol) I'll be back in a couple weeks.

If you desire life long tinnitus and permanent hearing loss, pay a visit. The AMC is always happy to harm you. I don't know how this is even legal.

Love this place. Popcorn is so good and the bar area is great. It's clean and always stocked up with all essentials. Seats are so comfortable.

Very easy to find parking, walkway to the entrance. Once inside it was modern decor and furniture with plenty of lounges to sit next the bar.

It was our first visit to this AMC. There are recliners with heaters. The theater was clean and the screen was big, popcorn was good.

Possibly my favorite theater in the valley. Watched 3 movies last Saturday and had a blast! They have a great bar too!

They found my iphone 14 and a guy in front of us lost sunglasses and he was able to get them back! Love this theater
