Very mixed experience. Rooms were "ok" at best and not very clean, food was the same every day, personell was mostly friendly, but nobody could really speak English. We even got robbed money from the locked room, apparently during one of our tours! The guide was a catastrophy: arrived a couple of days before us, had no clue about anything and was only there for interpreting, which he did very poorly. Got in constant fights and discussions with the canoe captain the first two days, who simply did what he wanted instead of following the schedule. Even started playing loud music during Piranha fishing, because he was bored... absolute no-go! No organization at all, with constant changes of schedules. Nobody seemed to know who had booked which package, so it was a constant change of plans several times a day. Respect for nature and its creatures is low, sadly. Example: chef took a tarantula spider from the wall to show off and let it crawl up his arm, but dropped it several times. After all, the poor creature could barely move, was not even capable of holding itself on the wall and later limped away, obviously hurt. River dolphins, despite them being around all the time and visible during almost every canoo tour, are being lured with fish to bring them up close, so tourists can touch and "swim with" them. A venomous snake that we stumbled over would have been held to the ground with a stick around her neck would we have not intervened. Not my understanding of respecting wildlife... Pro: the canoe captains Cleo and esp. Johnny were good guys who always tried to show us stuff, slowed down to give us time for photos and tried their best to give us a good time. Nature is absolutely breathtaking around there, with the dense forest and water just everywhere. Almost no mosquitos, except for a few places in the forest. Good and cheap Caipirinha, cozy hammocks. All in all: nature is great, but I would not recommend this lodge. Others seemed to have a better experience, but obviously with different personell.

We found this lodge from a Google search and spoke to the agent via whatsapp (this tool is widely used in Brazil). We were picked up in the morning from our hotel in Manaus and taken to a boat to cross the island . We met with the English speaking guide, Fabio who was truly awesome. Everyday we had different activities, we spent 6 days 5 nights and we didn’t get bored. Despite the lodge being full, personal attention was also given. One is also given the option to stay relaxed by the pool. The food is good and homemade but becomes a bit boring since it’s always the same. We might have felt this because we spent 6 days. They also cater for vegetarians however there were days were not enough food was available and other days were there was too much extra. The bar is great however they should stock more snacks. Highlight of the trip was camping and sleeping in the jungle. It might not be for everyone, however if you are up for an adventure make sure that you do this activity. Apart from Fabio, no one speaks English but one will learn to cope and ask for things needed! The rest of the guides although not english speaking are amazing and can do wonders in the jungle. They all know the jungle so well and one would feel very safe with them. The rooms are basic however super clean and one can ask for clean towels and their room to be cleaned anytime.

Booked a 5-day cruise. One day before the cruise, between flights to Manaus we were informed that because of technical problems with the boat the cruise is canceled with suggestion to change for a Anaconda Lodge. We took a suggestion. The guy who picked us up from the hotel was late. The car was in the really bad conditions with no A/C bringing vegetables with suite cases. Then switched to the van which was circling around in Manaus for an hour seemingly without any reason, probably waiting for other tourist. Electricity in Anaconda Lodge was only 12 hours a day so was A/C. At the time of suggestion, we were not given that information. We were told the group will be not more than 5 persons. In reality there were 17 people on one guide in two boats, no explanation on the second boat. It’s an island, so wherever you go you need a boat. Boats were not really good, with no seat back and no tent, so in 20 minutes you are done, and there were also 2 hours travels. Three times they changed an engine, because it stopped working. Promised tropical juices were cashew juice only, fruits - watermelon only. The nature is amazing, and the staff is fine, food was good, but the same for 5 days. Organization and conditions are simply terrible.

Overall good experience! Not very adventurous. Price somewhat fair compaired to others I saw. Group mostly solo travelers. They were a bit disorganized with the itinenary and activities but overall not bad. 1st said indigenous then native village then changed it and even after paying some extra took us to indigenous peoples's plave late and ceremonies were already off. Andre is a great local guide helping you, Roman tells you lots of stuff about Brazil and Amazonas, amazing group of tourists arrive everyday, food good, rooms so so, acceptable with plus of ACs. We did not see Caimans and did not catch very big Piranhas (only smaller ones).

Very nice Amazon jungle experience. The resort itself is basic and has definitely seen better days,but you're here for the natural environment.There was a fully reasonably clean pool which was a nice touch.The staff are all friendly and helpful but no one speaks English..exceptour guide..Google translate is my friend! The meals were repetitive so I personally reccomend 3 nights 4 days otherwise you'll never want to see spaghetti, beans and rice again. Proteins were chicken and fish. No shortage of watermelon! Roman our guide was great and Andre our boat driver went to extreme lengths to find us crocodiles! But the top jungle survival guy was our overnight jungle guide.Brilliant!

Schlecht und wirklich heruntergekommen. Alte Zimmer, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht (weil der Besitzer Benzin sparen wollte und den großen Generator nicht anschloss), Essen ist immer das gleiche und es wird nicht auf die Gäste geachtet: Wir waren fünf Vegetarier und ein Fleischesser und sie kochten zwei große Töpfe mit Hühnchen und Leber?!?! Drei Tage lang nur Nudeln und Reis. Die Ausflugspläne werden alle fünf Minuten geändert und der Guide war kein Einheimischer, sondern selbst erst seit ein paar Monaten in Brasilien?!?

Lugar simples e aconchegante na medida de quem procurar viver o ambiente. Bom preço a custo beneficio. Passeios inclusos na diária. Com trasnfer ida e volta da poeta de sua casa.

O hotel oferece bangalos separados com e sem ar condicionado. Pensao completa...o preço é justo e os funcionarios sao muito gentis e atenciosos. Recomendo.

Ótimo hotel na região amazônica com pessoal de atendimento muito bom e ambiente com boa aparência de limpeza , parabéns pela administração
