Due to the work she did before our property was even on the market including going door to door in our neighborhood days before the open house, we got so much interest in our home. After our open house we had multiple offers that came in and the one we actually excepted was from a couple Ann could have represented at the open house. However, Ann told them they were better suited to go with their own realtor due to the conflict of interest. I cannot say enough about this woman. She is worth every penny of her commission. Ann Acquaviva is just the BEST! My husband and I were looking to move out of our apartment and purchase a unit in a co-op. After a failed attempt with a different broker, we decided to really research the brokers in our area, look at reviews, etc... and Ann's reviews do not lie; she is so good at what she does. Ann is very organized. She has a great system in place for sending new listings out to prospective buyers. She listened carefully to our needs and dealbreakers, and showed us many lovely places in our neighborhoods of interest that met our criteria. Once we found "the one", Ann was so helpful in getting us through the co-op application process - which can be really daunting for a first-time buyer. She made sure we understood the process, and checked in with us every step of the way, answering any questions we had, and keeping us focused on the most pressing tasks. She did all this without being overbearing or using high-pressure tactics at any point. She also helped us tremendously when our bank was dragging their feet in getting us needed mortgage docs. I don't think we would have been able to submit our application nearly as quickly as we did without her support. On top of this, she is very friendly and really puts you at ease. There were multiple points where I felt that she went above and beyond for us - and to an extent I'm sure that's just good business, but she really makes you feel like she cares, and I so appreciated that. I really cannot recommend her highly enough!

The time came in my life where I had to sell my parents home. Dad had passed away a few months earlier and it was time to move on in a sense.
