Went there to get my credit card payment go directly so I don't have to pay. The lady there was useless and felt like didn't want to do anything and ask me to fill the form and send it to her or in the main branch. Also asked if she can help me get my pay directly to ANZ same thing. Had to go to camberwell branch and they were able to do it on the spot.
Went there deposit money to my friend account.The machine took the money and said “unable to accept the deposit”!Asked the stuff they can not do anything!
Very rude staff. Racist!! won't go there again
