Had good experience with some of the swim instructors. Giving one star just because there is a lady who is very very rude they force you to change classes just because they got two admission together. Also the way she talk over the phone is very rude. Had very bad experience just when I am trying to explain my situation and the lady over the call responded very rudely instead of understanding my situation. Not going for the classes left for my daughter as the way that lady (don’t want to mention her name) talk was very rude. Feel very bad. Also want to mention 5 stars for instructor like miss Taylor. She is very nice and polite so also want to thanks her for the effort she gave for my daughter.

After going to another place at Villawood we found this great swim school. At the other school, the instructor clearly hates her job and after scratching my daughter, my daughter began to hate her class. This happened at her 3rd class. She didn't cry at her first 2 classes except when we were leaving as she wanted to stay. It took 1 class for her new school to undo the physiological damage her old instructor did. By old I mean she was over 60! Her new instructor is patient and loves kiddies and her job. We're so happy we found this great swim school. Highly recommended

Our 4 year old son Julian has been coming here for a few months now. The progress he has made in the time he’s been there has been astounding. Each week we are surprised at the improvement of his swimming. He has a great teacher in Mel who is absolutely fantastic with all the kids. Mel is awesome. The staff are awesome. rude staff! one of the staff (the receptionist one) is an old lady and she is very rude, when i was waiting for my kids class and she used her finger to call me come over her place. after that she had an argument with one of the customer,he told me that someone poo in the water and the pool hasnt been serviced yet. disgusting!

My kids were able to do their make up lessons here and the staff were amazing. They learnt survival skills from the very first lesson. Next time I'm back home, I'll take my kids back again. The staff are kind and very realistic about water safety skills. They learn the real way. My kids loved learning "Monkey, monkey".

Fantastic place for young kids to learn how to swim. We have been coming for the past 3 years and my 4 kids love it here. The instructors and staff are fantastic and especially Miss Olivier with her kindness and compassion towards my autistic son. Highly recommended bonus cafes adjacent for breakfast and coffee.

I'm very happy with Aquakids swim school in smithfield, its very hard to find an indoor heated saltwater pool, the teachers are so patient and kind my son loves going there, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating to my needs I would highly recommend them!

Staff are very friendly and great at what they do. There are 4 kids to a teacher and they actually teach them to swim rather than singing and games that we've experienced at a previous centre. The pool is dedicated to just the class rather

I’ve have brought both my daughters here for approximately 3/4 terms. This would have to be the best swim school I have been to and I have tried a few. Angela and the team run a really good program. Highly recommend.

⚠️DO NOT GO TO THIS SWIMMING PLACE⚠️ All the swimming teachers are so sweet except for 1 she so rude and she canceled last minute! There are toe nails in the water and actual number 2 in the dirty infested water!

Friendly teachers, a small pool that isn't overwhelming for little ones, and our kids have grown so much in their confidence in the pool. The staff are always accomodating if you need to change last minute.

My daughter has been going there for a year now, and I can confidently say that her instructor, Ms. Taylor, is the best instructor ever. My daughter loves going there because of her.

I loved this place for my kids swimming lessons. The instructors were really friendly and patient with my kids, especially my son who is extremely shy.
