I just re-read this from a while back and it still blows my mind!!! So get this, I stop here everyday before work and purchase 2 yellow Red Bulls. Their drinks aren’t cold, I was okay with it because I also got a water cup and filled with ice. Today the girl said, I’m going to have to start charging you for ice, which shocked me. I let her know that I would no longer do business here if that was the case, she didn’t care about the lost business, just the lost ice i guess. This was a frustrating interaction, to me, repeat/consistent customers are important. The cost of the Ice I was taking was maybe $.01 on the highest end (she didn’t complain about the cup, just the ice!). This woman, just let $1500 in annual Red Bull sales walk out the door over $2.60 per year of ice!! I also would fill my car here weekly because it is on my way to the office, average of $40 per week, another $2080 she lost the company over the $2.60 of ice, total of $3580 vs $2.60. ARCO, the brand no one wants. Update: Still haven’t been back for three years. $10,740 vs $7.80 of ice. I’ll keep the total running!!

We stopped for gas on 9/22 around 2:30 P.M. Wanted to pay in cash to save money. I went inside, the line was 5 deep. I waived a $20 at the clerk indicating I wanted to prepay. He told me to go to the back of the line. I was on my way to the airport to turn in a rental car and catch a flight. Not wanting to wait I went back out to use my credit card and pay a higher price. There was a woman at the pump next to mine who used 3 different credit cards and could not get the machine to take any of them. I inserted my card only to find the same problem. The machine refused to accept my card. We drove off to the Shell station not far away. I knew the clerk was NOT the owner of the store and only a paid clerk. Didn't care about lost business. If I had waited in line to give the clerk the $20, I would also have had to wait to get my change. I'm sure business is good enough, but I have told all of our friends and relatives in the area about the experience. I would hope they would do business somewhere else.

I forgot that Arco really sticks it to you with adding a $.0.35 fee for using a debit card. They say it's because the bank charges them but let's do some math here. I think it's safe to say that 50,000 people use debit cards at Arco every day and if you really want to get technical you could add the rest of the country to that so now you have oh let's just say 500,000 people using a debit card at Arco in a 24 hour period. 50k x $0.35 is $17,500. So the bank charges that per day to Arco for bank fees? Uhhh NO. I suppose you can make the argument just pay with cash but my point is we just met Arco charge this fee without even blinking an eye. Ok I'm getting off my soap box now.

This place has been declining for years :-( since the QT came in across the street it is even worse. I continue to try to give my business to them and I am time and time again so disappointed that I wasted my time. Everytime I pull in there they rarely even have gas available!? I am no longer going to give this had station my business. I am very much somebody that stands by small businesses and Emma loyal customer to places that I really like. Disappointing I did not want to give my business to QT but now I will

Its a pretty small store but it still has plenty of items to choose from. Its also cheaper than other gas stations even the big name ones but ONLY ON SOME items. Also, if you use you debit card they charge you a 35 cent fee. I'm pretty sure that any card that you use will be charged an extra 35 cent fee. Even so, thats a lil cheaper than other convenient stores that charge you a fee. Its still kinda annoying. But, even so, it was still cheaper to buy my items there.

My son had a bathroom emergency. So we pulled over. Lady inside says with a smile, "we have no public restroom." I explain that my son can't hold it and needs a bathroom now. She says again (in a tone I felt was condescending). "Sorry, it's our policy." Way to stick with your policy over common sense. Goodbye AM/PM. Won't be using your stores again.

Not judging but when I go to get gas, it would be nice if I didn't get the look that I get when I walk in and then raise their voice and talk to me in some foreign language that I don't understand like I'm a criminal just because I have full sleeves of tattoos and a full head tattoo. And I don't like to smile for every mofo I come across.

Came here the other day for gas and they were out. Didn't have pumps covered, so I wasted a bunch of time waiting for attendant to even get to register while he made coffee. Finally got to pay for gas, went out to fill, and they're out. Had to go back in and wait again just to get money back...... frustrating.

Four stars because I can't pay with cash at the pump anymore, this been my gas station for almost three decades, thinking what will happen with this place now that QT?(not even know if this is correct because I never stopped at it)will be meters away:(

Posted price for cash was not what was charged. I showed the attendants the math and they maintained they could do nothing. They essentially said it was above their pay grade. Disappointing. Make sure to double check what you are charged.

It is a Gas Station, Self Serve and small Convenience Store many are run/lease owned by the Beylingalas, Middle Eastern Imported Refugees. NWAD Not Worth A Damn. Purchase Gas and leave better yet take your business elsewhere.

Fast clean lots of candy options fuel is cheaper must pay fee to debit credit card use bummer. Ice cream sandwich is really good and never over frozen . Like night cashiers really good business like courtesy.

I really don't agree with their .35 debit card fee....but otherwise I think most of their employees have been very courteous and professional. Clean store. Average prices.

In the ghetto, on a run down corner next to a QT, with homeless, druggies, and hookers. Lock your doors and expect someone to beg for money or cigarettes or gum …

One of only a few places you can find cold 2-liters of soda anymore. You know cause it's hot as hell here and when you want a soda, you want it cold.

Something wrong with this station. Both of my cards got declined and it wasn't my cards because they worked at the QT right across the street.

Love this place. Friendly and they knowme by name. Will never go to the new Quik Mart across the street. Devoted customer here.

Always fast and convenient service here. Never have to wait long in like and there's always multiple cashiers when needed.

Most of the workers a great. . . Like I said most of them. Unlike the owner who is a snobby cheapskate... enough said!!!

Employees can be a bit much but they deal with some shady people that go in the store. Always been friendly to me.

Be careful with this one folks went to get gas yesterday and I didn't get any gas coming out till after 30 cents .
