I went here to get gas and a soda, I paid 25 on pump 10 with a card. The pump never turned on, I go back in and they tell me dont worry... the money will reappear on my card in 2 hrs. Then tried to get me to pay again for gas! I woke up the next day and they took my money, even though I never got gasoline. They are crooks!

Completely new staff, if you're used to this arco and the friendliest and professionalism of the old staff I wouldn't recommend coming back. Rude, took me 4 times to try to get gas on the pump I was on , the guy kept setting it for the pump

Never use your card at the pump I didn’t have the 175 to deposit for gas so they took all I had in the world to make my daily car rental… I couldn’t even get gas cause it was now insufficient funds! It’s been almost 24 hrs and I still have

This location at 16th Street and Thomas is the greatest place to go with your truck at about the food store and everything in there or you're thinking about filling up with gasoline,,WHY,,, the people inside the people inside absolutely

This is a decent neighborhood gas station. They're aren't many pumps but there's almost never a wait either. They're is a little mini mart. What I like is the convenient location and friendly workers.

Stopped in for fresh baked cookies. They had them! Gave 4 * because there were only 2 kinds to choose from - peanut butter and chocolate chunk! Mmmmm. . .

Pumps are always dirty with pigeon feces and they charge you to use your debit/credit cards. Just go literally across the street to Circle K.

Not my favorite place to go not American owned and operated I don't think I like to keep my money where it belongs in the United States

There is a young man that work evenings shift. He had outstanding customer service and will be the reason I come back. Good job kiddo!

It was a shame that I'm out of gas, but store was closed for cleaning...Get some help and be open for service...I'm very disappointed

Customer service was fabulous. Employee's smiling and happy! Made me feel welcome unlike in the past were I felt I was a bother.

I only come here for their Horchata fountain drink. That thing is addicting. And they don't have homeless people outside, yay.

Does not take credit cards. Wasted plenty of time trying to find a clerk then she explained their policy in a rude manner

As had been they charge 35 cent for debit cards. Often they are one of least expensive gas stations on the north side.

I love that the gas is cheap but even more so that my cigarettes are cheaper here than even the Casino …

Nite staff does not know how to count told tge guy 3 times the pump number and I am car at any pump...

Usually cheap gas here, not the lack of service and pumps no working seem like a missed opportunity.

Love Arco's gas prices. They're usually the lowest in town. Not much else I go for here but the gas.

Cheaper in gas but can be difficult to get out during rust hour. Not many will let you in

Just an FYI No longer have an ATM here. Filled up @ 4.79 a gallon here.
