It was my first time visiting this station. I regularly visit Arco to purchase items n gas. But this was my first-time experience a rude cashier at a Arco station. I arrive to pay for gas oh, I was counting the money out on the counter as I finished I looked up and the cashier was waiting for me to put it in her hand. I looked at her and she picked it up and said "you could have put this in my hand". I understand it's a difficult time to work as a cashier or any retail establishment but if you cannot do this job I suggest you find another industry. I was caught off-guard and responded well do you own this place or do you just talk to everybody like that. She replied yes I do and then proceeded to say it was a joke. Anyways I left to fill my tank turned around and notice she was staring right at me through the window this concern me, I don't know what she was up to, it was kind of creepy but I brushed it off I continue to fill up my tank and left. I definitely will be contacting corporate office for her strange and unusual customer service. I'm hoping that Ann will get restrained working up front, if not they should definitely let her stock the item in the back and not deal with customers.

Ok so I fill up my gmc Denali I spend about $100 every day from this location and I usually use their restroom the employees always been nice to me I literally parked i wanted to use the restroom before I fill up my truck and the gentleman over here told me he doesn't have restroom in very rude way and his attitude was unbelievable skinny tall bald older guy I hope the mangers dose anything about it by the way I have a medical issue for using the restroom and I would never ever in my life coming back to this location 04/7/2022 9:47 pm

I had a short, but unpleasant interaction with the older gentleman who rung me up the other day. He didn't greet me when I came up to the counter, just silently scanned my items. He gave me a rude answer when I asked if he was ready for me to insert my debit card, and then he made an insinuation that I might steal $10 worth of snacks, even though I patiently waited in line to pay for them... Usually gas stations clerks are friendly and polite! I guess I took it for granted.

Always clean always friendly fast service especially from the guy that works graveyard. Unfortunately it's on a really busy dangerous stretch of road right before the freeway entrance where everyone needs to be. But that's not their fault. And neither is all the homeless riffraff that hang around that area. Remember just say no. But stop into AM/PM anyway...

No brewed coffee was available perhaps because it was 1Am. Also no fresh bakeries supposedly because of pandemic guidelines, but other AmPm stores hadlve them. On the positive side they had both restrooms available and clean. Other AM Pm stores don't allow customers in restroom due to covid guidelines excuse.

I come in here often and have for years. Usually very friendly. Note to Management: Today is the first time in months that I've walked in and the store didn't smell like sewer. I don't know what you did, but please keep it up. Sometimes I dread walking in only for this reason. Very unappetizing when hungry.

The pump didn’t have paper for the receipts so I had to go with the clerk and ask for one the only problem is that the clerk was on break for half an hour and I had to wake all this time to get my receipt. Terrible customer service I was not the only one waiting.

It's a gas station, so there's not really a whole lot to say. It's fairly clean, and the AMPM store is larger than many, but of course you can pretty much only expect the usual junk food, beer, sugar filled beverages, and the like. Bathrooms are fairly clean.

This is a very average gas station. I went inside and paid for some drinks and some gas. The person working was nice. Very clean and normal looking gas station. I felt safe here and welcomed and I think it was the cheapest gas I could see around here.

The store was filthy and so was the coffee maker like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. And there were particles inside the coffee cup, and I wasn't sure if it was dirt or coffee grounds. And the customer service was beyond poor.

What better place to wait for a left ride the employee were friendly plus I got to buy and scratch 5/$30 lottery tickets... Next time I'm in town you know where I'm stopping for lottery tickets...

The inside consistently smells like they have a sewer leak. Not sure what's going on there. It's convenient for grabbing a snack and they staff is pleasant, but they gotta fix that smell.

LOVE this Arco! Location puts them on my map for at least one stop sometimes as many as a few visits per week. I met my very good friend Lisa there in fact. Keep it up guy, thanks!

This review is for the car wash. Run down, price chrged, the highest you will find. Brushes are thilthy, and macinery about to fall on you. If you have some other option - take.

Nothing worse than a 24 hour location that closes. The rude witch who works the late night shift looks like she’s doing something nefarious for 45 minutes at a time in the back.

Why not fix your hours online instead of wasting people's time driving to stores that say open online. Just to have staff inside tell you they are close and wave you to go away.

This place was not busy at all, a quick in and out. The gas was more expensive than my usual arco but fortunately I only needed a few gals. For the volt.

Fun hack: when using a debit card here, press credit. It won't charge the 35 cent fee!(or ask you for a pin) Only the true locals know this. Good times

Gas is always more expensive than location off Via De La Valle. The car wash beat the crap out of my car (use at your own risk).

Just a gas station . Went thru the car wash . Had to wait. Obsolete equipment made for a slow and basically a rinse off.

If you don't want a hassle, go somewhere else . Pump keeps saying see cashier although everything is good on my end.

All but one coffee enpty at 9am and surfaces filthy. Sewer odor in shop. Refused to punch coffee card and very rude

This is the only Arco station that I've seen that accepts credit cards!! I hate paying the 35¢ fee for debit card.

Illegally closed from atleast 1am to 330am Wed 2/1!! I could see attendant playing on phone behind counter!

Always super crowded and they don't take credit cards . Its 2023 and you don't take credit cards! Smh …

This store refuses to accept the ampm scratchers game. I will never return to this location again.

Clean, the prices are comparable to other gas stations in the area, easy access to the freeway.

The entrance is last minutes as you turn the corner. Otherwise, it's a gas station.
