It is the most slow serving pharmacy I have ever been. The medical prescriptions specify a certain time period to come for collection, and you come even 2 hours later, and they are not ready.... then they say that in 15 minutes it will be

Hopeless….took 3 days to get in a prescription. No one answers the phone. When I came for the 3rd time to pick it up they told me come back in 15 mins - they hadn’t even got it together after all that time!

Often long queues. Came yesterday and they had my order but it hadn't been signed off so I couldn't be given it. Came today and queues were even longer so couldn't get it before car park ran out!

Really slow service. Most of the time they don't have medicines in stock. Staff needs more training. Have no respect for the customers. Never say hello when u go there.

Dispensed me the totally wrong medication. Got home and found out. Cannot get through on the phone. Always late too order your medication too

On my visit one member of staff was generally quite rude and dismissive. Not a pleasant experience.
