Not a good experience today!!!"

Had the worse experience at this store! Had account set up with AT&T over the phone, and went to store to get phone number ported over. First, spent TWO hours in the store, finally got 4 numbers transferred over. Was told to go back to the store to get the 5th number ported the next day so I did. Just when I thought now everything should work, one of the phone stopped working the next day. So, went back to the store for the THIRD time. After waited for 30 mins, the guy who worked there, Luis Gomez, claimed to be the store manager, checked on his tablet and told me it’s my prior service company that restricted the number. This is after the phone worked for one day with AT&T service! When I asked him why the phone worked for one day if the number was restricted and can’t be ported over, he simply shook his head and said he doesn’t know and I just have to call my prior carrier. Then got very short and rude when I expressed my frustration. Said that the store is closed, I need to go back the next day, and that he can refuse to provide service! Worse experience ever!

Giving them a 1 because I can't give them a negative number. After being told to return my old phone at a store, I drove to the nearest one and was told it couldn't be done that way. Called at&t the next day and they assured me it could. Went back into the same store the next day armed with confirmation #'s etc and they said I had to return it to a corporate store, not a retail store (which is not what they said on the phone). Drove in rush hour traffic to the address THEY gave me, only to find out that store has since been taken over by Ulta. Had more conversations on the phone, went to the NEW store they told me to go to. Got there and the associate said it couldn't be done that way. Got someone on the phone and FINALLY convinced someone to email me a shipping label. Went home, printed it, used my own packaging and send it in. It took 4 days, 4 trips to the store and hours on the phone with AT&T. Such a waste of my time.

I have lost trust in AT&T broken system: Over Pricing, Broken Promises, New Promotion Trials, Which they lock-in contracts, charging me for a service, i had no interest. Impossible to get refunded after promotion is taking off my account. I purchase a Internet, Direct TV bundle package two year contract. I must say, my service has impeccable quality to the highest standards. The price quoted, once again broken promises. Chris a retail sales consultant at 11722 Marsh LN #A3 location. Chris, assistance me with my problems, concerns, and skepticism. Chris has been persistent, relentless,patients ensuring me the contract promises, will be honored. I would like to take an opportunity to thank Chris. Recognizing his outstanding, dedication representing AT&T in such a positive, professional demeanor. Chris, went beyond his required job duties. I'm still a customer at AT&T, because Chris affords.

I went in the store this afternoon for help with my dads phone. Kenya waited on me immediately. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to upgrade my dad's old flip phone to an old iPhone of mine, I didn't use anymore. My dad's old phone was such an old phone I did not know if they could help me at all. Knowing exactly what to do, she took my dad's VERY old flip phone, downloaded all of his contacts, data, and migrated it to my old iPhone. She worked on the phone for about 4-5 minutes and presto, everything was moved from his old flip phone to my old iPhone. Now he up to speed with a new iPhone for him, although the iPhone is several generations old it is real fancy to him. Thanks to AT&T's sales woman Kenya, my 93 year old dad is closer than every to being current with the new technology. Thank you Kenya and AT&T

The worst AT&T store I've ever been to in the U.S. I've been an AT&T customer for nearly 10 years! Today I got an opportunity to speak with 2 people, the one who greeted us and the sales rep. They seemed like they hated their jobs & anyone who walked into the store with a passion. No customer service whatsoever! I went to another store 3 or 4 cities away after looking up reviews & ratings on Google first. Even though the 2nd store didn't have the phone I was looking for in stock unlike this 1st pathetic store, they won my business I'm a heartbeat! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, IT WILL RUIN YOUR DAY & PUT YOU IN A HORRIBLE MOOD WITH THE EMPLOYEES THEY HAVE THERE NOW ! HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, SAD, DEMEANING & AN ABSOLUTE LACK OF EVEN A SHRED OF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE is ALL you'll find at this store!

Still being charged for a returned item that was less than a week old. Notified ATT and was told I had to go back to the store where it was purchased. Ok. At store was told manager has to go into system and fix that but, to my surprise he wasn't around. Imagine that. Now it's been almost a week later and I'm still trying to get the item removed. Now I can't get them on the phone and still being charged 10.00 a month for something I don't have. Awesome way to do business. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Ok just got off the phone with the manager. He said he never received the message about my problem ok possible. But needs to discuss this with employees. So he will be fixing the problem today.

Customer service reps are very unhelpful unknowledgable inexperienced. One of the worst experience I've had. The trainees did not do my cellphone transfer from T-Mobile appropriately and I have been struggling without a cell phone for 30 days I am an individual contractor and rely solely on my phone for work. The worst decision I have made was to transfer to AT&T. When I asked to speak to the general manager and district manager I was given the run around by the store manager. Each time I have been here it has been different employees all who refuse to help. And the managers are nowhere insight. I am absolutely appalled and distraught by the treatment of customers

For the earlier part of my life, I wasn’t allowed to have a phone because of my strict upbringing. When my parents finally allowed me a phone, they purchased me a Boost Mobile phone from the Shell station and I’ve had it ever since. I never truly realized I was living in the dark until the AT&T at Marsh Lane finally turned on the lights for me. They offered me the best deals and services on the newest phones and, to my surprise, a single DVR unit that will work in multiple rooms. Without their incredible service I would still have two bars of service, a phone that only works on speaker, and I would not be able to submit this review.

The assistant manager Jacob was unprofessional after waiting 45 min Alicia came to help me. She got the phone I wanted gave her all my information, I had a balance on my phone and we paid the balance to upgrade. And then he calls her to work on another problematic customer inshore leaving me alone and he came out. Leaving me to wait longer than I should have. Both were unprofessional will not be coming back to this location. Was refused service because I used profanity in the store. And would not sell me a phone.

Great store, great experience! When I got to the store I was greeted and serviced promptly. Celeste was the person who helped me and she made my day! I’ve had trouble in the past with other stores but she was so kind and attentive and answered all my questions! She even helped my pick out a case for my phone! Felt so good about everything I even got airpods to enjoy with my new iPhone. Can’t wait to come back do more business with her!

Service was excellent and very professional. I completed my transaction online. Received my email that my order was ready. Once I entered the store I was in there less than 15 minutes. Received my phone and was able to transfer my data from old phone to new phone with no problem. Store personnel was following all Covid guidelines and again was very nice and professional!

Horrible customer service, did not acknowledge me when I walked in. After 10 minutes the male sales man asks what I needed and then said I needed to go to another location. I called the #611 customer service and they said I could get what I needed I store. The sales man did not attempt to help, another customer walked in and he went to assist that person.

Diego was a fantastic! Very personable, friendly, comfortable to work with and so knowledgeable! I don't think there was a question I could have asked that he would not have been able to answer! He really knew his stuff! I would go out of my way to go back to him because he was probably the best AT&T salesperson I've ever had! I was very impressed!

I was told I couldn't upgrade my phone because I didn't have the original iPhone headphones, I told him just to keep the new that came with the phone, George said he couldn't do that cause he's a dumbass. I have has really good experiences at this store before until George got there. Just avoid George and it will be good.

MATTHEW WAS AMAZING! He helped my mom and I both.. We didnt really expect to do anything but connect to the wifi really quick for moms work.. Ended up talking with matthew and he got BOTH of us on an upgraded plan for LESS than what we were paying! Really personable and knew what he was talking about..A++++ for him!

The guys that helped me at this location were great. I received horrible customer service at the North Irving location and had to walk out. I went to this Dallas location and these guys were quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely go here again instead of going back to the Irving location.

Very poor customer service at this location. You are better off by going to the corporate store at Alpha and the Tollway. I ended up cancelling my AT&T service because of the issues I had.
