I was ready to drop all of AT&T's service until I walked into this location and was met by great service, the associate that worked with me stayed late to help and the store manager (Chris) even got on Facetime after his shift to make sure I was helped. Definitely recommend taking your business to this location!

The store associates are not informed or trained. They consistently told my wife and I inconsistent information that resulted in 3 different visits over the course of 8 days that ultimately resulted in us having to go to a corporate store to fix and understand all of the things that had been done. STEER CLEAR!

Eyriel was very polite and helpful. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was taken care of before I left the university location. I wish I could select more stars! Awesome customer service from every associate. It was my friend time at this location & they made me feel like a regular. I used to go to another location but will be switching to this location. The Consultant Kyle & has Manager Chris were phenomenal!

Incomptent employees. The employees prefer to listen to their favorite songs in the store on a loud speaker instead of welcoming their customers. I had to go 4 days and spent more than 8 hours just to set up my wirless account. The average wait time was about 45 minutes everyday.

Markus greeted me as soon as I entered the location. I needed a phone upgrade among other things. He was the consummate professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. I highly recommend going to this location it was my first BUT not my last. The 3 gents here are awesome!!!!

Store didn't have the phone I want in-stock. No problem. I asked if he could find out if any of the area stores had it and he said no he doesn't have any of their numbers. Really? No way to check stock? He didn't seem to want to be bothered from playing on the computer.

Lack of knowledge of AT&T systems is rampant at this location. Beware customer service is burgeoning skill at this store, I would say go elsewhere or call customer service. They are just lucky to remember to open the door! Love its heart not its lack of ability!
