Emma did not provide a good customer service today. I showed up for help on my mortgage, she did not know how to process the transaction and simply said she can not do it. After I showed her someone else did the same process for me couple months ago, she figured it out. She seemed rude and can benefit from coaching and training.

Only this branch holds my cash for well over a week when I deposit it. Its infuriating because its the closest to me. Every other branch releases my cash within a day or two. Definitely dont recommend this location as they're slow AF and super disorganized with getting Guarda to check ATMs.

I went to discuss a term deposit. Nina was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. . She patiently explained every detail. She answered all my questions. and spent much time to do so. It was an excellent experience and I was very satisfied with the service received.

Very professional staff and knowledgeable and financial services. They remember my name every time I come in and Manager even offered me a free coffee!

(Update) They have largely resolved their staffing issues, dealing with them has been good the past few months.

Flip of a coin if the staff is friendly. Sometimes they're extremely helpful, while sometimes not.
