Ok so this bank made me very uncomfortable withdrawing a large amount of my money now I've been banking with regions for awhile now and the teller not only exposed the money I was withdrawing to everyone in the bank but dispite me having a account with I.D and bankcard the workers had to know me to get it the lady said your fine my manager seen you before so even with my account my bank have to know me that didn't sit right with me at all plus disclosing the amount to the floor puts that person at risk to be robbed dear regions is that the protocol I need answers
The tellers are usually nice. I had issue with my account. The gentleman that served me was understanding and really did help to resolve my problem. I do wish they were open on Saturdays and the money orders could be a little cheaper.
