I stop here, because it's convenient, on my way home from work to deposit money, cash, into the ATM five out of seven nights.... so imagine this scenario there's an ATM one mile down the street but it's closed because of construction, and the next closest ATM is at the Smith's Marketplace in Rose Park... your website States this ATM is open 24 hours a day imagine my surprise when I get there and it's inside the Smith's Marketplace which closes at 11 p.m.... you might ask yourself why am I reviewing on the ATM on 200 South a talking about these other ATM's? The reason is because when I come to this ATM and I put in my card and I put in my PIN number this ATM wont accept cash... the point of my diatribe is to say that I go to the ATM to deposit that money because of its convenience and I end up going to three separate ATM for US Bank and none of them, zero, work.... ...but let me be a little more factual about this...one of them doesn't work one of them is closed and one of them is just bad information in that it's inside of a store that closes at 11 p.m. but states that it's open 24 hours a day... so I have an idea how about if you're in the customer service business you service the customer ...this is ridiculous!!

I actually in all honesty use this Bank, and this is my home branch, the ATM is very accessible connected too the front of the bank it's self. There is hardly anyone ever using the ATM as well... So it makes for stepping up to it, using it, and being in your Merry way. Quick and easy.... Hope this helps someone out. Enjoy¡
