I wish i could rate this facility 0. For one simple transaction i had to wait for 55 minutes upon inquiry the lady responded with a lazy layback attitude and in a very disrespectful tone as if time means nothing to her. I entered the facility at 04:00 pm on 18th of November, the inquiry ticket has the time stamp of 16:02, the monitor showed they are serving #121 token, mine was #127, i waited patiently with 3 operational counters i thought it will take 10 15 minutes max and waited there patiently it was 04:45 when i first inquired about it to which i was told we are serving the same token numbers 122 and 123 and 124 and i need to wait more, it was around 5pm when i visited the NOW manager, i had no problems with the previous one and only deposited my money and continued banking with this bank because in his administrations the operations were smooth and i never faced such problmes, the response was again lazy. It felt as if the whole staff is enjoying their stay there if they cannot even roll out 3 tickets in an hour that mean they should not be working in a bank at the first place. The bank has no time managment system no staff evaluation, i dont know if they even train their staff on customer care in short this bank has lost its value in my eyes today and i am definitely going to terminate using their services. #ApKDilMeHumaraBadtameezAccount Highly deplorable and highly unprofessional.
