AV Auto-I came across this place after searching extensively for a somewhere to get my car fixed. This was the place that I got the best deal from and the service was phenomenal. My car was fixed relatively quickly, they stayed open an entire hour later than they were supposed to, gave me a good deal on my car and even fixed my AC for free. The mechanics there are some of the nicest people ever. They were very honest and trustworthy and went out of their way to provide excellent service. I ordered a part for the car which turned out to be the wrong part and they went out and bought the right parts for me and installed it in the car. I highly recommend this place to anyone having any kind of car trouble. They are also bilingual which was a huge plus for me.

This auto shop is a gem! I've been coming to Helios and his team for more than 2 years now, and without a doubt they've delivered every time. Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly, and a skillful mechanic team, but Helios is a straight forward business man. It's very hard to find a trustworthy and honest mech who turns the work around in good time AND at very reasonable quotes/prices. I feel a bit like I'm giving away a secret hole in the wall but AV Auto truly deserves the recognition of their outstanding service and hard work. I highly recommend you consider taking your vehicle here!

A honest, smart mechanic. Elio is very good. He does everything from complex fixes, oil changes, transmissions and engine swaps. Very skilled, very honest. Last year i had an issue and my car was stalling. Called several mechanics and even had my car towed to a couple. Was told at least 175 to diagnose the issue. I towed my hybrid to AV Auto. Elio was busy but looked at it right away. With one screw driver he re attached a dislodged pipe and told me no charge! Obviously had to give him something but any other mechanic would have seen my car getting towed and thought of dollar signs.

My car broke down. It was a Saturday, and they looked at my car immediately. They inspected the car closely, and detected the problem instantly. They could have easily charged us for new parts and labor - but they were completely honest and found a simple solution. They didn’t charge us for anything! They could have easily taken advantage, but were completely truthful and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place, especially if you find yourself in a pinch.

Elio was very helpful. I came to ask a question about an issue that I hadn’t been able to get an answer to from Firestone. He gave me a temporary solution while also telling me what was the main issue. It took all of 5 minutes from the moment I pulled up. Not to mention he’s very friendly. I came here all the way from North Hollywood because of the reviews. I will be returning here to complete my auto repair!

Completely disappointed with the service. Took my car there for a brake change and they said I got the wrong parts and confirmed the brakes were worn out. I had to order new ones but apparently they didn’t check the brakes at all or were going to replace them anyways because they said the brakes were almost new and don’t need to replace them at the second time I went there.

We have gone to AV Auto for over 15 years! Their service is great. It is a small location and always packed. We’ve taken numerous cars there for repair including a Malibu, Mercedes and ford truck. Their prices are competitive and we always go to them first to see if they can do the job. ☺️
