I purchased my 2017 Golf R at AX Auto. I am personally not worried about an R title if the work is done properly. Transparency- I am out of state and bought sight unseen. I was willing to take a risk to save and knowing that I don’t drive a ton and have another car, I gave them a shot. I’m happy I did. Their team found an issue with a sensor after I signed for the car, fixed it and then took it to the VW dealer for recalibration before delivering it to me. Mad respect for making it right before delivery here. Some would send as is but they made it right. Did it take longer to get to me being in PA? Sure did. But definitely worth it for the savings and accuracy. It isn’t going to be perfect, nor would I expect perfection from a used car. AX made it was as close as possible to perfect for me. AX was sure to ship to me as soon as the car got back from the dealer. I cannot say enough complements about my salesmen Chris and taking care of all of my demands with buying a car sight unseen. I requested videos of all of the car electronics/features working, proof that all flood damage was addressed by putting it up on a lift, full view of the interior/engine bay/fuses being combed over to prove any flood damage was addressed and had him video anther driving it going through all gears since it is a manual transmission. He exceeded my expectations with delivering all I asked for here and continued to execute after his sale to see the delivery through, even asking how my delivery was and my thoughts. The car itself has exceeded my expectations. I am in love to be honest, is it perfect, no. But is is damn close. Let’s keep in mind, this is a 6 year old flood titled car. Their team did a stellar job on the rebuild here. I am proud to drive this and hope to continue business with AX for future cars for my household.

I did not know the car I had come to see was a branded title. I did not wish to buy but was assured any remedial work would be undertaken and engine and gearbox were guaranteed for two months. This is going to be an ongoing hobby or a project as it seems; 1. Wiper blades @14.95 each 2. Window chrome molding $58.00 each 3. Left headlamp plugins @15.00 4. Roof molding strip $86.00 5. Damaged rims $150.00 each $300.00 6. Remedial rust removal from steering column, seat frames etc $50.00 7. Steam cleainng under the hood 8. Insulated cover removal and clean $50.00 9. Remedial work shampoo and deep clean inclusive of steam cleaning for remedial work for mold inside and outside the car 10. Remedial body paint work $300.00 trunk lid rubber seals need replacing, spoiler rubber seal need replacement, headlights need clean and realignment 11. AX/Nadeem Khan undertook to do remedial work for removal of engine warning light. Evap and starter motor problems diagnosed by Mr. Khan. MR Khan undertook to replace evap canister and starter motor. Parts ordered by Mr. Khan. Car left over night a week later. Mr Khan was informed about a small and a big leak diagnosed in the evap system despite his assurance that evap had been fixed. Mr Khan advised for car to be brought in for remedial work on Tuesday which I could not due to prior engagements. Sought another appointment. Nothing forthcoming despite email reminders. A & H autos Fayetteville, advised to diagnose and conduct remedial work on the evap system. Just paid another $404 for evap test and remedial work. Smell of mold is still prevalent. No advice given and none shall be taken. Trust in God all else is misplaced !! Very SAD. Keep humming the song walk on by!!

I will be a return customer! I hope Sam hangs around for awhile, so that I can buy another vehicle from him. He is an asset to AX Auto. Sam does not see himself as a 'salesman'. He stated that he was just a guy that likes cars. He was so honest about all the information regarding my vehicle and the process. Also, not pushy at all. This was my first time buying a vehicle online, not seeing it in person. So yes, there was some anxiety because of that. Also, I had never bought a branded title vehicle before. Sam always quickly responded to texts, and also took pictures and sent me videos of my H2. That made me even more comfortable about the vehicle I was receiving. I had initially spoken to Sam in March, but we had to put the purchase on hold. 2 months later, the vehicle was still available, and we decided to follow through with the purchase. When I contacted Sam, he remembered everything we had previously discussed. Upon receiving our H2, it is everything we hoped for, and even more! It was immaculate. It is our new baby. We actually sent an overpayment, which they quickly refunded, with no problem at all. The contract was very clear stating everything possible about what you are buying. We were in the mileage radius to get a free delivery. The driver was very nice and professional, and showed up in nice equipment. Sam is the best 'salesperson' that I have ever worked with, and it was a pleasure doing business with AX Autos. Thank you for our new beauty!

Good day. Absolutely MY WORST EXPERIENCE TO BUY A CAR I MY WHOLE LIFE!!! I am onwer if import company from Europe and bought this Pacifica from AXAUTOS only through e-mail communication and wire transfer. They lied every word to me!!! They told me twice, that the car is in 100% good condition without any damage or fault! But when i received the car, i could not believe!!! Right sliding door does not work - damaged, roof cloth is broken from opened airbag - they did not chaged!, Glass on right sliding door is heavily scratched! Front Screen is broken! Driver's door havily scratched!!! So i spent about 24.000,-USD and now need to work on the car few days and need to spend about 3.000,-USD more to make the car normal!!! BUT BE CAREFULL BY BUYING CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WHEN I WANTED TO BUY THE CAR, THEY WAS VERY NICE - BUT WHEN I WROTE THEM TO ASK ANY ASSISTANCE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEMS AND HAVE SENT THE PICTURES WITH DAMAGE, THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RESPOND!!! CONCLUSION: THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER COOPERATED, ABSOLUTELY NOT SERIOUS SELLER!!! I can send to any interested person documents and pictures, that this is 100% TRUTH.

lol on apologizing three months later. Take care of your customer then there’s no apology needed, js. I bought a 2019 GMC Acadia from these folks and had it shipped (I live about 600 miles away from them) i was told the vehicle will come with a two month 2400 mile warranty regardless of what I find wrong with it they’ll take care of it. I took delivery of the vehicle and within five miles of driving I noticed a whine noise coming from the drivetrain, sounds like a differential going bad. I tried to call their service department multiple times and left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails and got no response from them, hence the one star rating. I would buy another vehicle from them but not without looking at and driving it first.

I totaled my car yesterday. I was devastated. Mia from AX Autos was kind, patient and helped me find the perfect car for me. I am thankful for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend the dealership. If you decide to purchase from this dealership, I suggest finding another lien holder if you are financing your car. The lien holder took two days to complete the underwriting process. And the dealership took my down payment and acquired my signature for all contracts but couldn’t hand me my keys until 24 hours later. This felt uncomfortable because I assumed liability for a car that was not in my possession. The financing portion was quite an unpleasant and frustrating process.

I had an excellent experience buying my car (2010 Infiniti G37 convertible) from Ax Auto. I worked with John on his first day and ended up being his first sale! Everyone was very helpful including the Finance and General Manager. I waited a week to make sure the car was good as advertised. I drove 76 miles to get it home. Did have an issue with the front left caliper sticking. Took it to my mechanic on Monday. Replaced the two front calipers. They gave the car a clean review with no other issues found. Great car, Great service, and great price! Will be back to buy another car from them in the future.

Salvage title: vandalized. Glass was broken. Now I've taken it to Nissan: the rear defrost doesn't work(wire cut) Rear window has to be replaced (if it hasn't already) $1000. Seats (grinding when moving position) have glass in the tracks Nissan recommends replacement $8000 for both. Car looks clean outside, but smells inside like water since the glass was broken. Lazy detailer! I was ok with getting a key and floor mats $500. Dealer wouldn't negotiate on price, shady dealer! Kept talking about how good their ratings are, probably fakes! I'll be the first to post the truth!

full of scammers. they dont service any cars, half of them will break down on the test drive. they refuse refunds if the car has problems, and they treat their employees like trash. not only that, they only work with 1 lender so nobody gets approved even if you have an 800 credit score youll need 10k down. management is horrible and greedy and they only care about MONEY even if that means the customer is left with a car with half an engine and 4 bald tires. dont shop from here unless you're looking for a car to replace in 30 days because the transmission fell out.

I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!

Worst dealership to try to buy a vehicle! Their appraisal is the worst! You can’t test drive their vehicle without getting an appraisal first on your trade in! Which makes no sense! All of there cars have been repaired and in a bad way! There are not professionals to bring the car back to a1 if it was in accident or flood prior! All there cars are rebuilt but at least bring them back to a condition where it’s not noticeable! Don’t recommend this dealer even to my worst enemy! Be safe guys and stay away!!!
