Excellent shop , has been in the area for over 35 years! Same owner. They have never let me or my Family Down, always helpful and always willing to help. They have repaired items that Main manufacturers wouldn’t even try! I am surprised by the other posts, about they take money up front, they have only Posted half the story, what happened with me is that they Charge a reasonable £15 to inspect your item via a qualified engineer on the bench and diagnose the problem down to component level, then they Call up and give you a report of what is required and how much it will be to repair, no hassle, which they gave me a option to repair or prepare for collection. Once I agreed on the price , my item was repaired within 7 days and I had a call to say , it is ready for collection. Once I went in to collect my item , they tested it for me in front of me and my £15 was then taken of the final Price, which I thought was a really good deal. The deposit of £15 was taken of the Final price once agreed on the repair, which I believe £15 for 2-3 hours of a qualified engineer is peanuts compared to today’s prices. Well done guys, keep it up and hope you are there for many more years. They are the heart of Kentish town.

I went to the shop to seek a new component for a problem I had. I explained my problem to the man and he recommended a part which I paid for. It turned out that the component didn't fix my problem and when I went back the same day to return it (in pristine packaging), they refused my return and accused me of incompetence and tried to sell me more expensive solutions (which I later learned wouldn't have even solved my problem). Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

I brought a radio to have the watch and the CD reader fixed but after three weeks nothing was done, even the alarm kept going off because they weren't even able to deactivate that! (It turns out, I managed to do it myself) They kept telling me to come in a few days later "because the guy is working on it": that radio should have been able to read mp3 files by now! Thoroughly disappointed. They also ask you to pay in advance, so I recommend you avoid this place u.u

Great company. They fixed my tv when I thought it was not possible at a very competitive price. Great place to pick up house hold items including vacuum cleaner bags, light bulbs, electrical leads etc ! Highly recommend

If I could give them a 0 I would. Complete frauds. Avoid at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Not trustworthy at all.
