I went into this store on 11/20 to replace my daughter's worn out Birkenstocks. I brought them with me, thinking this was a simple deal. I enter the store, Associate 1 says "Good morning" and disappears into the back room, leaving me with a few other customers and Associate 2, who was very focused on her clipboard. I look around, not sure what to do when 2 rather rudely says "You need a size?". I explain what I'm trying to do and am given more attitude because I don't know my daughter's size and am not willing to call her, since these are meant to be a Christmas surprise. I literally have the shoes in my hands, but she couldn't even be bothered to look at them. I take a guess at a size and she disappears into the back room. 1 comes out and asks me if I'm having a good day. I relpy "I'm not sure. I'm just trying to replace these Birkenstocks, but your co-worker seems to think that's a problem." 1 then goes into the stock room and returns with the shoes. I compare old and new to verify they should work. All in all pretty rude and un-helpful staff for a $150 pair of sandles.Would probably not return to this store again, actually drove 25 miles to get there.

My husband and I visited 2 locations this weekend looking for the Milano sandals, very specific, basic style…after waiting several minutes to be helped was told they do not carry size 38 or 40 for women, are you kidding me! I am not a new customer to this brand, I have been buying shoes from Abadabas for over 25 years and I would assume that those two sizes are popular, the salesperson said she didn’t know anything about the way they are bought from Birkenstock. Visit another location today, wasn’t very busy, we were not approached so I walked up to 3 young ladies standing together in the back talking and asked if they carried the Milano since I didn’t see it displayed and they didn’t know what I was talking about….I had a pair in my feet! I showed them to her, still no light came on, she then picked up a completely different sandal off the Mens table and said “this is all we have” wasn’t even close. If this is the caliber of salespeople that you have representing your stores now then I will order from the Birkenstock website which is what I ended up doing.

It's been awhile since we went to Abbadabba and the visit reminded why I love this place. The staff are so knowledgeable and help us find the right shoe me and my husband, with patience and professionalism. Danielle help my husband find his first pair of Birkenstock. She also patiently helped me try on athletic shoes that was both comfortable and supportive. Tatum help refine what I thought I was looking for. As a person with flat feet, I always though what I needed was a shoe with an arch. Not knowing there are shoes designed for people like me! Tatum made the recommendation, Danielle helped me try the shoe on, and the foot gods spoke. Will definitely return for the service and quality.

I went here with my family looking for a specific shoe. While trying it on the sales representative who assisted us came over and says “for some reason these shoes are very good for y’alls feet” at first I didn’t understand what she meant but then proceeded to say that “when You come in these shoes are mostly what you’re looking for.” It was clear then that she was referring to our race. Too embarrassed to stop her I let her finish. Her closing stamens were “I hope that didn’t sound weird” which let me know she knew how offensive her words were. This was the most embarrassing, ignorant, and prejudice encounter I’ve ever had while purchasing shoes. I would never spend a penny there.

Disappointed. I’ve bought several shoes in the past and had really good service. Today however, I went in and there were two sales people, me and one other customer. I walked around for a few minutes. Both sales people went to help the other customer. I waited a minute or so and was not even acknowledged. Not sure why, But I left. Abadabba’s you can do better. I just gave it another shot today August 21, 2021 went it to the store and I looked around for about 5 minutes and AGAIN no one acknowledged me. I really wanted to buy something too. I guess I’m not their type of customer. I buy lots of Vionics, Birkenstock’s and Naots but not from here.

Great selection of shoes. Staff is very helpful. My favorite brand of shoes that I bought from there are Birkenstocks and Danskos. Also bought Vibrams from there as well even though I don’t like the shape of them since they are easy to pack if I want to work out on vacation. Would definitely recommend this store even though they may be pricey but they do have brands that The Walking Company and other high priced stores do not sell.

Visited the location in Buckhead, GA on Roswell Rd. The service was horrible. The employees working asked every other customer(s) did they need anything, never asked us. It was a lady and her son came in 15 minutes after us and was asked immediately if she needed help. Finally I had to ask for help and then she wasn’t as helpful with us she was with the other customers. This is not good customer service on any level.

Went into the Roswell store yesterday. I love the selection of shoes there, but honestly the sales people hovered over me. It is a small store and it makes me very uncomfortable to be followed and stared at the whole time. If I want to try something I will ask you. But following me closely and watching me is very unnerving. Probably won't be back. PS- The shoes are overpriced.

Worst customer service, I came all the way from the johnson ferry store hoping to find a pair of boots, and the guy wouldn’t even let me talk, just telling me they didn’t have it, what if I wanted something else? He shouldn’t be working with people, he’s very rude and not willing to help at all, not coming back. Ever again!

I guess this is the best place for me to shop! I have a back injury. They have the best brands for support not to mention working with Spencer. He was so patient letting me try on numerous styles until I said YES!! I’ll be back next month. I’ve been looking around for awhile .. no other salesperson seemed to understand or care! I just left the store on Roswell Rd. I was in the store for 20 minutes and was never greeted! I'm assuming it was because I was dressed casually and my skin tone. While I was in the store another woman walked in and she was greeted immediately. This was not a good feeling and I will never return!! All potential clients should be greeted.

Had to return some flip flops I picked up at another Abbadabba's location. The guy there, Mike I believe, made the transaction extremely easy and had the exact flip flops I was looking for. So the return turned into an exchange. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I'll be a repeat customer.

I was never greeted and there was a guy standing 5 feet from me. The only words he said were to a man who walked in with a bag, he said, "You have a return?" Another guy walked out and never acknowledged me. I figured as I was leaving they'd say something, and not a word...

A lovely little shoe shop, features shoes that are hard to find elsewhere, such as some Vibram FiveFingers. Prices are consistent with what'd you'd probably find online, but you get them now and get to support a local business to boot! Employees seem very nice too. …

Great store with very helpful sales people. David was very helpful and patient as I tried on multiple pairs to get the right shoes for my foot problems. I highly recommend the Buckhead store. Great selection of sizes, styles, easy parking and great service.

Nice collection. They have a lot of nice shoe's and at reasonable prices. I prefer buying from small stores such as these. The staff are alright and are helpful when you ask but you do need to ask. Has a very, hipster feel(aka lots of scandals).
