He is so kind and patient, and he listened to each of our requests. Even after changing our mind several times over small details of what we wanted in a home, he was still so accommodating and helpful. Not only did he help us find our dream home, but he also was amazing at selling our home. He went to extra lengths to help us prepare our home for viewings, with helpful tips about even the smallest detail. He was very resourceful with hiring photographers to take amazing pictures of the house from every angle. Basically, we didn't have to worry about anything, he took care of everything, from beginning to end. He is a very honest guy and our realtor for life. We would highly recommend using his services.

Pathetic service, I scheduled viewing 13 Southam late on last Friday at 6PM, realtor rescheduled to 5 PM, I called he gave excuse of Ramadan, I rescheduled on Saturday at 4 PM, on Friday he reschedule to 5 PM, I again double confirmed and went there at 4.50 he didn't showed up, texted at 5.05 PM and no response called again at 5.20 didn't pick phone. Pathetic service and don't respect peoples time. He claims he was present but I left at 5.20 and no body was there in the door. Please dont lie. He called and texted later saying he is coming from toronto which is lie as their office is in Mississauga. If he had done for first time it was ok but 4th time it is straight lie. How to expect any good service from a sales person who doesn't respect other peoples time and gives excuse of every thing.....
