My encounter with ADIB Avenue Mall fell short of my expectations. Despite attempting to open a personal account through ADIB's app, I was unable to do so and was directed to visit the nearest branch. Hoping for improved and expedited service, I went to their branch on May 15th, armed with all the necessary documentation. However, my interaction with a staff member, whom I shall refer to as Mr. H, responsible for opening personal accounts, proved unsatisfactory. Instead of providing me with adequate answers, Mr. H requested additional documents to proceed with opening the personal account. It took me four visits to two different branches just to initiate the simple account-opening process. Furthermore, none of the "additional documents" requested by Mr. H were actually required. His unhelpful demeanor and dismissive attitude displayed a lack of professionalism, greatly contributing to an overall unpleasant experience. Mr. H was successful in making my entire encounter exceedingly disagreeable. And a Special THANK YOU to the Priority Banking Manager who took time to listen to me and help me with my account opening
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank was established on 20 May 1997 as a Public Joint Stock Company through the Amiri Decree No. 9 of 1997. The Bank commenced commercial operations on 11 November 1998, and was formally inaugurated by Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Information and Culture on 18 April 1999. All contracts, operations and transactions are carried out in accordance with Islamic Shari'a principles مصرف أبو ظبي الإسلامي هو بنك إماراتي تأسس في 13 محرم سنة 1418 هـ الموافق 20 مايو سنة 1997 م كشركة مساهمة عامة، وكان ذلك بناء على المرسوم الأميري رقم 9 لسنة 1997 الذي أصدره خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة. وقد بدأ المصرف بتوفير مجموعة من الخدمات والمنتجات المصرفية ذات المستوى الرفيع، كخدمات التمويل وخدمات الحسابات المصرفية المختلفة منذ 11 رجب سنة 1419 هـ الموافق 11 نوفمبر سنة 1998 م. وقد تم افتتاح المصرف رسمياً في 18 أبريل سنة 1999 م. وبلغ رأس مال المصرف المصرح به والمكتتب فيه مليار درهم إماراتي أي ما يعادل 273 مليون دولار أمريكي موزعا على 100 مليون سهم بقيمة أسمية قدرها 10 دراهم للسهم الواحد، وجميعها أسهم عادية.
VERY BAD experience every single visit since 2020. 1)The ATM machine is almost always under maintenance i.e broke. 2)The system is always having issues in the morning. Do not visit between 10AM and 11AM you will be waiting for the staff to 'restart their system' whilst wasting your time. 2)The receptionist (Mrs L.D) has an attitude and takes ages to print out simple bank statements. You will pay for black and white statements and it will take a minimum of 25-45min instead of 5-15min. 3)The staff is not professional and careless. My husband and myself had several applications lost in this branch and the application numbers never came through SMS because the employees lost our paperwork. Do not leave before receiving the SMS! The employees do the bare minimum, they seem uninterested in their work and even annoyed to serve customers which is surprising considering the very short working hours. The manager's office has a coffee shop vibe.. Passive attitude.

All the respect and appreciation goes to Mr. Mohammed Al Harmoodi branch manager of Nad Al Shiba Avenues! In long story short, this “responsible” person turned all my anger in to trust and all the regrets of dealing with your bank in to appreciation! He solved my issue within couple of days following up with everyone in concern while I’ve been in stress for the delay for more than three months! I have no enough words to express my gratitude but definitely impressed and appreciated!! God Bless..
I had very negative experience with this branch. I visited the branch on 20 May to modify my email adress, but the "customer service" employee refused to support and ask me for the original passport. I was surprised with the request and told him that I have my Emirates ID and original credit card but he insisted that he needs the original passport and refused to consider my request,thats why I had to leave and drive gain to this branch after one week with my original passport ,but was surprised when I found out from the customer service lady that the original passport wasn't required to complete this process!
Went there yesterday the 8th of December 2022 at 11:30am to open an account. Although there were 4 customer service employees on 4 counters and 3 customers waiting, only one counter was attending to a customer. The other 3 employees were sitting behind their PC's working on them. I waited for 10 minutes inside, then stepped out and waited for another 10 minutes before I decided to leave. 5 minutes later, I received an SMS that it was my turn which was too late. I was disappointed by the way they operated the branch. Having 4 employees and a branch manager to serve only 4 customers should not take 25 minutes.
I went to ADIB Avenue Mall to simply change my registered mobile number because I have blocked my debit card by mistake of wrong pin entry. Waited for 20mins then had been attended by the guy in the counter 4. He said that the number will be change within 24 hours but today is already the fifth day and my number hasn't been change at all. I mean, how hard it is to change the mobile number if I have given my emirates ID for my personal details.
ماشاء الله على فرع ند الشبا .. avenue mall .. ماشاء الله عليهم قمة الذوق في التعامل والمهنية وغير ماشاء الله نظافة المكان ورحابة العاملين هناك وحسن استقبالهم للعملاء .. افضل موظف تعاملت معاه الاخ حمدي عبدالسلام .. الصراحه قمة في المهنيه والتعاون واهتمام بتفاصيل وراحة العميل .. خلص معاملتي خلال دقايق ماشاء الله .. موظف متميز ومنجز ومبدع في عمله ونتمنى له كل التوفيق والنجاح في عمله ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
طول انتظار وموظف واحد وفرع غير منظم ومتعاملين كثر وبعد انتظار ساعة ووصولا لدوري يقول لي نظام فتح الحسابات به مشكلة ولايعمل Long wait, one employee, an unorganized branch, many dealers, and after waiting an hour and arriving at my turn, the account opening system tells me there is a problem and does not work
One of the best staff I dealt with her yesterday. I had an issue in using the ATM machine and this nice lady ms. Noof Al Kaabi was very helpful to support with my matter. Extra ordinary service I hope all will follow her steps in helping customers. God bless her and her team.
This is a new branch of ADIB in Nad Al Sheba Area which is usually quiet and no too packed. The operation hours suggested by Google are not correct. This branch opens at 10 am and closes at 5 pm during weekdays similar to most bank branches in Shopping Malls here in Dubai.
My experience with Adib Nad al sheba was really helpful because of Ms faizah, She really helped me and make sure my request was made and done for me. She keep updating me whenever anything happens. I highly recommend anyone that need help to go to her. Thank you Faizah.

Very bad service الموظفين مشغولين طول الوقت علي التليفون ومش مهتمين بوقت العميل المنتظر اكثر من 20 دقيقة مع العلم ان كل الموظفين متواجدين علي المكاتب ولكن لا يستقبلون عملاء للاسف اسوء فرع لبنك كبير بحجم بنك ابوظبي الاسلامي

حقيقة احد أسوأ الفروع التي تعاملت معها. نحن في تمام الساعه ١١ صباحا ولا يوجد اي عميل امامنا و تم وضعنا في الانتظار لاكثر من ٢٠ دقيقة علما انا جميع الموظفون منشغلون بهواتفه تجربة سيئة للغاية
عدم مصداقيه الموظفين قدمت طلب فتح حساب وسيط وبعد 20 يوم اراجع السوق المالي يقولون اصلا ما وصلهم اي شيء ولا حتى ايميل من فرع ندالشبا بخصوص طلبي مع اني راجعت الموظفه واكدت انها طرشت الاوراق
