Amazingly great service provided by the folks, wonderful service! Great supporting staff in delivering the material before time. Major issue with this industry is time, quality, packing, pick and drop. My experience is that they have overcome upon all these factors and made it ease for the ones travelling and in a rush! Very nice and easy service. The process is easy. You call and tell them your address. Then they come and weigh/pick up your laundry. Two days later they drop it off neatly folded and packaged in individual bags. The bags are a little overkill but nice nonetheless. The price is high for India but worth it for the convenience.

I use them every time I visit Mumbai and stay near the airport. Great service, flexible collection and delivery, from and to the hotel. Clothes are always nicely cleaned, well packed and presented. All at a fraction of hotel laundry prices.
