I went to the store to return an item when the manager Troy was refusing to do the return and was treating me like I’m a criminal. When I asked why he couldn’t do the return he said because I said so. He was rude and makes me not ever want go back to the store to shop. He shouldn’t be the manager he does not have good customer service.

In my opinion, it's the best Lowe's to look for parts and materials. Shoot, they have pretty much everything I need for every project. Bins are pretty much always full. The employees don't run and hide when I have a question or need help locating items. That's a great "plus" !! For me and my customers.

Walked in and asked Mr. Lucino for help with gym equipment and he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and even compared brands, price, and availability with other stores. Superb customer service and amazing display of patience and positive attitude. Thankful!!

Empty shelves. The stuff that says "in stock" isn't or is just a bunch of empty wrappers and missing products. Had about 7 issues here manger just says we can't prevent theft, and there's I asked about inventory checks she basically said they don't do that. Pathetic.

Found everything I needed for a camping trip. Didn't see any employees on tge floor when I was there, but I pretty much found everything I needed. ..no biggie. Great location, easy in and out on the way home and friendly cashier. I'll definitely be back when needed.
