As far as customer service and great prices they are great. Didn't like the fact that I had to show proof of ownership of my vehicles. Never heard of that and never had to do it with any other insurance company. It shouldn't matter who owns Them as long as I'm putting the insurance and I'm a driver. And the vin.# shows who every one of my cars is registered to.

I'm not sure how Acceptance Insurance has such high reviews. I've called each Dallas office during normal business hours with no answer over several hours. One number was not in service and the others rang until the voice mail picked up. If this is any indication of customer service, I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Do better Acceptance.
