Isn't the whole point of purchasing high risk insurance because you're considering a high risk driver? Apparently, that is not the case with this company. I'm TOO high risk because I had two closely time infractions. Even though the majority of my driving record is just fine. Not only that, whenever I call to inquire about options, they just hang up. Seems like they are a bit full of themselves and I can see it has happened to others before. Acceptance Insurance was a much better experience and I would recommend them over Access. They were friendlier, more understanding, and definitely more professional.

Don't usually give review I'm usually the one to look at them but I have to post to let people know how cheap, easy, and nice it was to call for insurance in a hurry and Access Auto Insurance was right there. Called multiple insurance company's and nobody price compared to theirs!! I love how quick Karen was she was so professional, and made sure she had asked all the correct questions. She remembered how to pronounce my name honestly it was the little things for me to choose you guys thanks so much!! I look forward to staying a loyal customer..

muy mala experiencia cuando me vendieron el servicio gran persona , pero cuando llamo a pedir informacion un apatico total el hombre que me atendio por telefono el dia 15 de junio 2022 a las 10:00 am, un total grosero que ni buenos dias puede decir , con actitud arrogante y muy grosera , y lo unico que pudo decir fue llame despues, apenas acabe de mi seguro me ire con otro, no los recomiendo .

I never see customer service agent rude like this I don't what's wrong with this Guy he doesn't know how to speak with bad attitude the whole time and my friend had to move away without having the quote I have worked customer service for more than 5 years and I learned to never mix personal matters with work unbelievable …
