Having made an initial enquiry online, I was contacted by Robert who answered all of my questions and offered me a promotional deal. Having done my due diligence, I called him back yo take him up on the offer as his professionalism and warmth stood out from other companies i had engaged with. I took his advice and visited the storage unit prior to moving in and was helped by Jonathan and Chris who embodied the same clarity and warmth as Robert. Come move in day, everything was seemless and problem free. The tour of the site was extremely helpful. Overall my experience was great and alleviated any stressed I had about my move. A great team with spirit, excellent customer service, humanity and transparency, exemplary!

I have previously used access storage on the a Purley Way and found it to be good service with helpful staff. I have also used other facilities and intended to return following experience with said other faculties. But I will absolutely NOT do so now given the rude ignorant behaviour of the current manager when I requested another quote. He called me back to check details on my request but did not allow me to ask questions, was pathetically misogynistic and extremely rude when I wanted to clarify the quote with him. Horrendous behaviour. Why subject yourself to such an attitude, no thank you. My neighbours and I won’t be.

Had a very good experience, found the process very easy (with the help of the staff). I was online looking for quotes, about 5 minutes after I had done this I received a call from the office. I was guided through the process, asked what size storage I needed and then asked to come and view the storage. I chose a bigger unit that I thought I wanted, but no pressure from the staff. I got half price for three months and £30 of free packaging. Thank you to all the staff who I found helpful, polite and above all not pushy. Would definitely use them again if I needed to.

I'm extremely satisfied with whole experience I've received from Access Self Storage Purley Way. The size of my unit and the cost for storing my processions is reasonable and great for when you need extra room to store those odds and sods. The unit can be accessed 24 hours a day, which is of great convenience to me given the long hours I often work. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful, Tracie in particular. I would unequivocally recommend this firm and am very happy with the services provided.

I found the advisor very helpful, she had very good knowledge of the size of all the units & was honestly able to advise on the right one for us. She explained the prices & conditions ie security very clearly. I was extremely greatful for her advice. She was very helpful & attentive from the beginning to the end. She further assisted us fully when we needed to extend our storage by a further month. If I ever need storage again I would not hesitate to go back to her.

Dreadful experience getting set up. Spent over an hour in office just opening the account. I left the unit with continued questions for the manger the following day. I appreciate his help resolving my day one issues. Couldn’t believe it took over an hour. To add a cherry on top, when coming in the following day, the manager told me that he needed to resend the contracts back out as information was missing in the one they had.

Stephania was wonderful. I came in stressed after having sat on something wet on the train. She directed me to the bathroom to dry off before continuing which really helped. She was very pleasant and informative. She made me aware of all my options as she took me to view a 75 and 100 square foot storage facility. Once I had made a decision, she sat me down and gave me a quote. Thank you very much for your service!

I stored long-term with Access Purley Way on many occasions and have to say that every member of staff I dealt with were fantastic. They offer great customer service, are friendly & they sorted out a new rental unit when I had an issue. I will definitely store with them in the future. The only negatives were the cleanliness of the facility especially the toilets.

I've only used one self storage place and this is it. The service was excellent. Everything was explained and the after care was good too. I needed a copy of some things months later and they were more than happy to send it over. The only gripe I had was the refund I got from knowingly overpaying was through a cheque as apposed to the original method of payment.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of trolleys always, easy parking and clean. I found prices highly competitive and very easy process to book, store and collect as and when needed. We’re using for storage in between moves- my advice is book larger space than you think you need as price not much more and far better than ending up needing a second unit.

Terribly disappointed. Thought I'd get there just pay and get my storage space but I spend time registering and sending documents. After all the unnecessary headache I was just told directions in a place have never been before. Nobody to show me where to go. This cost me time time and money and my home moving van charged me extra £110. Disappointed

A really good place i have been a long standing customer. They are just let down by a very abrupt and rude employee. Tracie, has been rude to me previously and was rude and abrupt again. Therefore, it isnt just a one off. No customer service etiquette whatsoever. Its a shame, if she had not worked there this would be a 5 star review.

Honestly, so far, it's been a breeze to get the initial quote (like getting blood from a stone from a couple of other storage companies I could mention), sort the paperwork and move my bits and bobs into storage. Can't say enough good about them. If you're looking for secure storage for your items, this is the place to pop them.

Been here for nearly 8 years. Seen a few managers come and go but all have been very welcoming and helpful. Rob recently helped us with adding another unit to our bow of units and Daniel assisted at the end. Both of them make up a friendly team. Keep up the good work.

No access to toilet other than office hours, if you have to load/unload whole van at night; its a headache only if you want to use toilet You have to get out of car to punch in code to enter; it would be nicer if we can just enter code by sitting in car

Terrible! DO NOT USE Very unprofessional staff, selling units they don’t have and still charging customers. Terrible customer service. 0/10 Would not Recommend. Shurgard or Big yellow in the same area are much better & cheaper.

Very secure and convenient location (close to croydon town centre via tram). Good people who dont have a car and use public transport trams. Wandle Park tram stop is only 4 minutes away (by foot).
