Hi everyone I’m a proud customer of Access self store Mitcham since 2012 I used to run a House Removal’s company as a removal company we required a storage place where we can store the people expensive house hold stuff so that place should be safe insured and there price must be good so we can offer a better deal to our prestigious clients and I find this place was the best in terms of prime easy access location secured 24 hours cctv service insured and their best prices. Their staff is super friendly I will mention on of those like Nick the best guy in the store then Carlos I believe now he is promoted to higher level in management and can’t be forgotten Zavaar very helpful gentleman so keep in mind all these feel good factors I will strongly recommend this store anyone who need to use storage facilities nowhere else to look around you have the best store in your town . May they keep their best service to the top level wishing all the best for them

From the minute I went to view the offices here, I knew it was where I wanted to be! Nick and Ian were fantastic from start to finish and continue to be, each and every time I need help. They answered each and every question I had about taking out an office space, and spent the time with me I needed to make the right decision. I love my office space, the building is clean and well run, and the staff are friendly and welcoming every time you walk through the door. I’m over the moon I made this move and I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for office or storage space to speak to Nick and Ian as their knowledge and confidence makes it an easy decision! You can easily be made to feel part of a community here and not just a customer!

the team at access self storage Mitcham are a credit to themselves they are always on hand to help with any enquiries or problems you may have and are always up for a friendly chat. i have been renting a office unit here for the last year and have never had a problem the team are very helpful when it comes to assisting with deliveries that i have coming in and always go above and beyond to assist in any way they can even continuing to do all this throughout the pandemic in a safe way if you are thinking about renting a office or a storage unit then i highly recommend this branch the team here will look after you from the moment you walk through the front door.

Good site, clean, easy access, generally always a parking spot when I accessed it, good availability of trolleys. Really good communication from staff of any changes that were needed to the site, access or the storage unit. Only issue is when exiting there is very poor visibility of oncoming traffic due to parked vehicles on the side of the road. It would be good to put up a mirror or something across the road so can see traffic coming from the right when in a low car.

I reserve a unit and paid online today. he was very helpful to find the wright size of the unit for my goods with excellent customer service. I will recomond to my friends and family.

I have used access before for personal and business use and they have always been very helpful. Zvaar especially has been amazing and has great knowledge and service. He is a great asset to the company and I only come back because of him and will recommend to all family and friends who need storage to go and see him.

Offers good storage facilities with very flexible access but I have found it to be very, very, very expensive long term. It is also extremely cold and full of furry little friends. However the staff employed here are a credit to the company, genuinely lovely people, only to willing to help and advise.

Nick and Ian were great and very helpful from the moment I contacted the storage. The access to the storage is currently restricted to specific hours but Nick has always been easily contactable to help with extended opening hours. If i needed a storage space, I would go there again.

Access Self Storage Mitcham has always been helpful, courteous, and professional. The rates are excellent, and the office spaces and storage are well maintained. I have had great experiences with the team in the reception area, specifically with Nick, Ian and Zvaar.
