I would never trust this place with my stuff again. I had been here for 5 years, the previous staff and manager were good and reliable. The new staff and manager are terrible. They never stick to their word and cover each other when something goes wrong. The staff are very unprofessional and should not be in the job of they cannot do the job. The manager never seems to be around when you need him and is not professional. There are rats and mice around the whole storage place, some of my stuff was damaged, their solution was to make me buy more insurance. I had to beg to move units due to the rodent issue. I left a few weeks ago and I tell everyone I know never to store with them. I filed a complaint with head office but nothing back yet.

Terrible rubbish service rats destroyed belongings and when i spoke to the staff they adviced me to take pictures and clear the mess and insurance will cover damages. I took pictures cleared out destroyed belonging staff then turn around an say insurance won't cover damages cause picture won't be strong evidence and i should off NOT cleared the damaged property an cleared the dead rat found in there also denied advicing us to do in first place. I feel i have been played and conned. 5 years i used this storage not aware rats were getting in leaving their feices every were chewing through our belonging an destroying everything 5 years off paying them to come back and find everything damaged

Unprofessional. I had already been charged a £10 fee to reserve the space (my bad as I assumed it was a deposit - should have checked the small print). Then, when I arrived I was told that we couldn't sign the contract because it was past 5pm and it would take "around 20 minutes". The office is open til 6pm and I arrived at 5.20pm. So, they had lost my trust already and after then checking the reviews here, I decided to lose the £10 fee and go elsewhere. Big Yellow Self Storage do a price match guarantee anyway, and have much better customer service, so I am going there instead.

I would like to thank the team at the Neasden branch for an outstanding service. I have been using the storage facilities for business use for the past two years and they have gone above and beyond to deliver an excellent service for me. In particular, Barry, Shaquille, Sheraz and Nish have all been a friendly and professional team who have made this place the best around when it comes to 24 hr secure storage. Phil at the Neasden Branch is the guy you need! He was very professional and friendly and showed us all the options available to help find the best unit for our needs. He truly listened to what we were after as customers. Phil made the whole journey from walking in and showing the spaces best suited for us to getting us all set up an absolute dream. It was literally a walk in the park and we couldn’t have hoped for anything else. A stress free storage solution!

Excellent facilities, only surpassed by the excellence of the reception team. We've been here for over 3 years and have been made to feel part of the Access Family. Staff are friendly, helpful and will always go the extra mile to be of service. The facility is also kept clean and tidy which is a bonus. These guys are the nicest, friendliest team. Without going into too much detail, they stayed behind to help me after my driver drove off without notifying me. I was given extra storage, and 24 hour access on the spot to be able to store all my things after cancelling the next drop off by the same driver (who was a fool). Thanks guys:)

Despite few promises from Neasden's store manager - Harvey, that I should have no problem to gain entry at night time, the code provided didn't work. There is no way to generate a new code and the 24 hrs help line - was not helpful at all. Ended up waiting with a loaded van until opening hours. Costs me extra to pay for crew time. EC

Very unprofessional staff, I spoke to 2 ladies and one guy who was the manager. Each of them told me different things. They are very keen to get a deposit but are not keen on supplying information and sticking to an agreed price. As others have said, avoid and shop around - everyone else will price match or beat their prices!

I previously had a 5 star rating for Access Neasden. But taking that down to 3 stars now, since the 24 hour service has let me down a number of times now (even after getting a 24 access code it doesn't always work). The fact that the 24 access is sometimes faulty has caused inconvenience and financial implications for me.

The service was very good and the team there was so helpful. I created my account and rent a storage for 3 months with a discount. when my circumstances changed and I wanted to close my account after the first month, the procedures have been done immediately with the best option available. He normally sorts out all my various requests n difficulities at his utmost flexible n perfect alternative manner aiming at perfectly sorting out n completely impressive know out. I am lucky to speak this truth w all blessings u keep him as long as u can.

I am awarding five stars for the service at Neasden Access, although latterly I found it difficult to work with the change in opening hours, from unrestricted to having to book times for late access. This was due to the current situation re COVID 19, and not the fault of the Neasden branch.

This is a very well run self storage with friendly staff and in a great location.... we’ve been operating from this location for a few years now and couldn’t be happier with the service....

I went for quick collection, very easy to get there by bike or car. They assisted me str8 away, plenty of parking for who visite. Very Nice crew. I definitely recommend.

Decent self storage if you have to stay local. The road is one of the busiest in London, so access is always an issue. Go to highest floor, less mice infestation.
